TWICE Jihyo Rap Moments

I personally think that Jihyo has some good rap "raw materials" which could be improved if she really gets serious with rapping! 😇 What do you guys think?

Yeah... I came here exactly because some person was telling me that her main flaw was that she couldn't rap. But I think it's a pretty simplistic assumption. Even if you never hear her rap, you can easily assume that it would be easy for her to pick up on that skill. She surely can do the rap from Twice songs and she has high musical skills that span over multiple genres. Rap is not the most voice demanding skill, so she could definitely be good at it.

@@PoussinNoNeko Rap is quite a difficult skill imo, reason why it's a big deal when someone can rap well. 😇 But I definitely agree with you that she can rap the TWICE songs if and when she likes. I just think that she is not focusing on it too much.. Like there are some people who are naturally good without trying, I think she's one of them. But again, we do not get enough of her rap so a lot would automatically say she can't. 😭😭

@@jihyo-yaaa I actually don't think it would be that difficult for her, because she can already speak very fast and her speech naturally flows. Edit: When I was talking about demanding vocals, I was thinking about Opera or Metal Rock. Those, she might not be able to do them well.

It's one of my fave parts of the song! 🤩🤩 I do not think it has enough rap elements with only two lines and the lines' overall position in the song, which is why I did not list it here. Same with her part in Hell in Heaven where she sang kinda fast-tempo, but is technically still singing. Idk if I explained it right haha 😍😍😍

Thanks for the video share. It is true, TWICE rappers get hate from quite a few people. What these people don't know is that there are so many different rap styles. To me, I feel that TWICE raps are more on the Melodic Rap Style. I mean they have to make it flow with the style of the song they are singing. I personally enjoy the softer raps. Thanks again.

All the other k-youtubers says that Rosé is a better rapper than Jihyo🤣, they clearly been sleeping on Jihyo. I never seen rosé rap before but just because she is with YG, people are thinking she is a better rapper than Jihyo. It's really frustrating
