Mina, Bravely dealing with her anxiety gave me encouragement. just like mina, I was dealing with extreme anxiety... i just can't describe how i was dealing with it. There may be many reasons why i suffered with anxiety. one of them can be because of my toxic friends 😔 I have an Introverted personality by nature. I don't usually make friends or hang out, or socialize. i prefer to stay alone and indoors. The another reason may be due to I had lost my confidence and I had started to underestimate my capabilities 😥 I'm a middle school student who's quiet and introverted. I suffered from anxiety at such a young age. As time passed my anxiety took a really bad turn. I was not ready to face people. I had fear of facing people. This is why I had to take a short break from my studies. I had to miss school for whole 1 week. My exams were starting soon, so it eventually affected my studies. But after seeing Mina, Just bravely dealing with anxiety, I said "why can't i deal with anxiety if my fav idol is too dealing with it?" After seeing mina the spark of encouragement in me took place and i became more confident. I still haven't fully recovered with my Anxiety, but i'm sure i will! I thank Mina for encouraging me, in fact encouraging many people suffering from the same disorder. Thank you very much Mina and we love you!♥

I just found this and I an not believe it only has 25 likes. That is not even fair. This was a very well thought out and compassionate video detailing what this person thought this baby was going through. Opinions may vary, but I think this was an excelent video. Thank you for making it.

Has she always had anxiety? I know it really took a toll on her in 2019 which caused her haitus but returned back in October of that year. Let's be honest, that year was definitely not a good year for Twice. Pretty impressive they were able to overcome that are still together 8 years later.

Poor Lady. I have exactly the same disease and it's litteral hell to deal with every day. Panic attacks, heart attacks, fainting due to blood pressure variations... Hopefully her friends will take care of her

Generally I agree with your opinion. That's a reasonable conclusion looking from outside

You might want to call this semantics' but anxiety is not the word I would use to describe Mina's real problem. Anxiety is a really big issue not only in K-pop but just in general in fact I'm sure all of the members of Twice have had to learn to deal with it, but their is no better group to help each other thru it. They are all perfectionist as well, it's why they are what they are. Let's also be honest and not buy into the company line, 2019 was the easiest year of Twice's existence. 2015 your debut is a flop you dig out, 2016 you go from last to first all 3rd gen fans hate you get named national girl group while the previous group is still active 2nd gen fans hate you SOTY, 2017 have to prove that 2016 isn't just a fluke have to repeat and DO it 2nd SOTY more hate, 2018 still have to prove yourself PLUS your company needs money you put out 29 songs almost half in a different language 11 M/V 5 albums AND a tour oh yea 3rd SOTY in a row, please 2019 was a cake walk. No I believe Mina had to control maybe the biggest problem introverts have, their alter ego, we call Mina's Sharon. She performs Move, 3 month's later she take's time off, if you've seen Move you've seen Sharon. I think she needed time to learn to deal with Sharon and boy has she, exposing her entire back in Do not Touch and oh yea let's not forget 7 rings performance that's totally Sharon, but then she comes back on stage an it's our little princess Mina, her triumph IS inspiring, I just think it's a triumph over a much bigger adversary. OT9 forever.
