Asian people ALWAYS talk about their eyes! The mukbanger here in KZbin named Stephanie Soo is Korean and says her eyes are her favorite part of her body too. She has the same eyes as the lady in this video. Every time I go get my nails done or something, the first thing everyone says to me are how nice my eyes are. I'm not asian. But it's ironic to see Asians talking about their eyes so much. It's almost an obsession. I think it's because in the past, like when I was a kid- people used to make fun of their eyes. Our faces are always a shade a mix of different complexions and some use products to even it out. Plus depending on what types of clothing your wearing, some parts of your body could look tanner than your face or bc the sun usually shines in one direction, half the body gets a bit more tan than the other. The stigma around tan skin in Asia is finally beginning to go away and we don’t need negative opinions here. It’s not like she’s hurting you.
