I pre-odered these albums, but i think most places would still give you the cards if they haven't run out of them. If you are in the US, i've ordered other albums from music plaza(which is also where i got the WIL albums) and they still gave me the pre-order cards even though it was past the pre-order period, but I'm not sure about everywhere else.
