They care about their health and audiences. But if you search lives performances they have done till now it's amazing.... especially the old ones coz now they are overworked and it's NOT easy to sing live now while they are NOT in such condition to sing live or dance with such energy.... I hope you understand. Some of them have changed their voice because of hate and momo is forced to sing in such nasally voice plus the rest are not much confident like they were before. Obviously, coz it was the start they didn't get hate for their vocals, twice was compared with snsd and hated thinking they copied snsd and that's nonsense. Now they have received so much hate and love and respect at the same time which makes them even more uneasy to perform confidently. Actually Jihyo wasn't fine with her weight. She always being slim but because of stress, she's gaining weight ( that weight that you praise). Now she's completely fine withher weight and really healthy ( just like all the twice member). You know how most rookies are still getting used to the stage and shying away from showing their dorkiness? Well GOT7 and TWICE has already went through that by the show, and that's why you can barely see any anxiety in their performance. It also doesnt hurt that they already have fans before they debut.
