I think something people are misinterpreting is that we aren't saying they need to stop doing cute songs, but there isn't just one type of cute sound groups can do! We just want them to play around with actual concepts and instrumentation and styles, but we're not saying they have to change their image to something mature or girl crush (definitely not). Many cute girl groups do different types of cute sounds, so we'd like to see more variety from them~

Lol This video was awesome my Bias is Jeongyeon and I was hyped to see the ships sail!! And the ships sailed far away lol! Also Idk if you watch BTS but twice did kind of what BTS have been doing after their first album they don’t use girls anymore and just use each other [iconic Jin and tea moment lmao, or the theories for suga and jungkook in the wings era] and tbh that’s probably a good move. You know I don't understand why International fans have this thing with Twice, asking them to change their concept, you don't see anybody asking Blackpink to change style they have done the same concept since debut just like Twice so why with them is different? We need to stop bullyng a concept. Twice's concept is not even super cutesy they are very unique in their music style. Music is music and we need to stop making everything about sexy badass and girlcrush, there isn't a better style, just enjoy them with the music they are putting out, for other styles you can search their special stages and some b-side songs, and to be honest they seem very confortable doing this style of music more than the others.

You know I dont understand why that comment is being taken in such a wrong way. 1) With any group, if they stay with one specific concept cause it's safe for them than we do point it out. it's not just towards TWICE. 2) We're not "bullying" the concept we actually do like cute, fun, upbeaty, quirky whatever you wanna call it concepts so dont assume. 3) We never even mentioned that we wanted them to do a girl crush concept, it was just simply stated that it'd be nice to see a different title track style from them. None of us said anything about one style being better cause we like both concepts a lot If they're fine with sticking to it that's great for them and they can do that. We actually really like this song and dance, that was just an opinion from following TWICE since debut and comparing their title tracks. To us, it is similar to others so we just think it'd be nice to see something new, but if not then oh well just don't take that comment so to heart cause we actually do like TWICE's songs

It's a upseting thing actually, today is their comeback and a LOT of reactors said "oh but it'd be nice if they do something sexy/badass/girlcrush" it's a day to apreciate their songs and all people say is they need to change and it happens in all comebacks since TT. You can understand how bad it is on Once's point of view. Maybe you didn't meant a girl crush concept but still is not nice saying they need to change, if you follow regularly them you would know a lot of things that changed, Like ooh ahh is totally different from TT, Likey, Signal was the most different and was just last year. I follow your reactions and I never listened to you saying a group should change, this is the first time so you can see where I'm coming from. I just hope people can enjoy Twice's songs without the need to say they should change because we can see they feel comfortable in the way they are promoting.

It's definitely not the first time we've mentioned a style change for a group (i.e KARD we've mentioned has to change it up a bit). And I understand that it's annoying to hear people downgrade their concept style (like the cute, quirky, etc style they have), we get that. In our case, we're not saying they need to completely just change their enitre concept cause again we love all their title tracks (even Signal that grew on us) and adore the girls, we just said it'd be nice if they can add something new to it. Please don't lump us with those reactoers because we do like the cute, fun concept they have. At the end of the day if TWICE likes it and continues doing it, that's great and fine more power to them. Just to state again, we do like this song, dance, concept etc. It was just a small comment but we don't mean it as in we want them to change completely

What do you mean by wanting them to do "something different"? This is Twice's signature sound. The upbeat and catchy chorus. 2ne1 had the badass concept their entire career and nobody questioned them to do "something different". Same goes for other girl groups. Just because its a cute concept and not hiphop/sexy/badass, Twice shouldnt be criticized if they choose to stick with what they know because a lot of girl groups does too.

Oh, I'm well aware it's their signature sound since I said that in the video 🙉 I also love all types of concepts and sounds from girl groups as shown in many of our reactions~ (I also was never a big fan of 2NE1 because of their sound haha) But as I said, I know it's their "signature sound", but it tends to get a bit repetitive and their songs have similarity to past songs. It'd be nice to see them grow more as artists in their sound instead of JYP have them "stay safe", even though they'd do well with any release since they're already so huge~ This opinion also stands for any group that stays in their safezone, which we've expressed many times with many groups. 💁
