Old guy here, just figured out I should listen to these guys....think they are tight. Keyboard player is ridiculously good....also the singer grew up in Maplewood NJ ,my hometown....been gone 42 years but Maplewood is a great place to grow up...wishing this band the best as I like the positive message of their songs...

this is literally the most underrated album: i feel like betterhelp should license almost every track on this album. i feel like i owe twiddle so much for giving me almost 25 years of understanding between their music and understanding attachment theory. it literally triggered so much emotion and forced me to find an answer and address issues: Any tour or way i can support this band i forever will.

[Verse 1] Hey pretty lady let your hair down baby Shake your booty to the music let the grooves make you crazy May the rhythm of your body put your mind at ease All the burdens in your life fly high with the breeze and You feel the bass vibrating in your knees All the rhythms of the world trickle down from the tree's The drums start to rumble with your heart as a whole It's the power of the music syncopating with your soul and Do-do-do, do-do-do Woah [Chorus] It's the weight of the world pulling down on your life When it feels like you're waiting pacing trying to survive There's a moment when you start thinking to yourself I gotta get over this I need some help And shout it out like the rhythm in the sun Let the good vibrations keep you rolling on strong Relax and dream one day at a time Let the beauty of the music start to heal your life Heal your life [Verse 2] You wake up in the morning 5:30 on the clock Yeah it feels like you're working and you're stressing non-stop But tonight there's a show gonna get you through the day Gonna play your favorite songs make your troubles fade away You're working and you're moving two eyes on the clock Your shifts almost over yeah it's almost time to rock Put the pedal to the metal blasting tunes on 10 Your nights about to start, let the music deep within and Do-do-do, do-do-do Woah [Chorus] It's the weight of the world pulling down on your life When it feels like you're waiting pacing trying to survive There's a moment when you start thinking to yourself I gotta get over this I need some help And shout it out like the rhythm in the sun Let the good vibrations keep you rolling on strong Relax and dream one day at a time Let the beauty of the music start to heal your life Heal your life

Richard Mciver it’s not a bad song but it’s obviously just sped up with some variations, Phish has music that could arguably be labeled as plagiarized (Tweezer = Killers by Pantera , Possum = Swamp Music by Skynard) still love both bands

@@mikerotch2889 Imagine being this triggered because someone posted their opinion of a band that they were recommended, over a year ago. Little pathetic, wouldn't you say, mate?
@mikerotch28892 жыл бұрын
@@Cessate bruh I didn’t even have a personal problem with you, just posting a valid argument to what you mentioned. No need for calling someone pathetic over music. When you post your opinion in an extreme way like this, and post it as a fact with little to no reason of why you feel this way, you open yourself to a reply.
@Cessate2 жыл бұрын
@@mikerotch2889 A valid argument to what, exactly? To me checking the band out, and posting an opinion on it over a year ago? You didn't argue anything, you made a statement directly challenging my opinion; that is not the same thing. Also, I didn't call you pathetic, I called your comment in response to an over year old opinion, pathetic. Again, big difference. No need to feign victimhood. There was nothing extreme in what I said; I quite literally stated how I wound up here, what I was expecting, what I actually got, and that it's not for me. NOWHERE did I state anything as fact for anybody else. Stop being so disingenuous.
