Yes I'm in the UK and it's not something I would do for someone else unless I had the time which at the moment I don't in future it could be a possibility

@@BoostWorx may have to wait until future lol I've looked around everywhere for just the swap, standalone ecu, and turbo conversion with most the parts being off the shelf like Kangaroo racing team, Andy's mounts etc and I still can't find anyone... :(

@@BoostWorx I work 6 days a week 8-7pm. Im head of ops voluntarily for a charity and we homeschool 3 kids... IF I didn't have those commitments, even though I have no mechanical knowledge I'd attempt it. But the reality is that the research and learning curve is steep when time is so limited. I've been quoted £10,000/£12,000 from one guy who's done the job before but that's with OEM ecu and I want 375/400bhp and as a daily. I couldn't justify the cost given I spoken to Andy (does the mounts) and few others on the forums. If I can't find anyone to do the job in next 6-8months, I'm just going to get rid and bury the dream tbh. It's disheartenening but I've reached out to over 10/15 people especially in the M111 190e swap group on Facebook and got no where besides 1 quote. You'd think car guys are like a family but realistically even a reply to say sorry I can't is sufficient but most haven't even done that. Rant over lol Thanks for taking the time to reply. Im going to go through your videos and see if it's like a "step by step" type of guidance - there's a kid I know here in Manchester (Lithuanian) who's willing to try anything lol
