Crying is actually telling you your heart chakra hurts a lot from what you've done, and so you should change your behavior and really take care of yourself, always put yourself the first, other ones the second. When you start putting yourself at whatever circumstances to fulfill the best for you, you are also taking care of your twin flame.

I don’t know about the others but I’m having a sensations like a hand was placed over my chest and when I touch it, it feels like I’m touching a warm, soft, living hand and i can feel two heart beats in harmony inside me with a slight convo, “don’t give up on me”, “i won’t.” So peaceful.
