I had never heard the term Twin Flame until about 6 years ago when I was 62 and My Highschool Boyfriend came back into My life. I'd always missed him and often thought about him.... especially when things weren't going well in my marriage. We didn't really break up, school ended, we were only 16, and our lives moved away from each other, a long way away from each other and we lost contact. I'd always felt like we'd had a very special relationship because he was the only person I felt really safe to be myself with..... Well before I knew what was happening My whole world was tipped up side down..... it's been 6 years now and we are still working through everything everything.... We are both married to Karmic partners who we've been with for a long time and really hadn't realised how unhappy we were. ..... or that it was possible to be so much happier. We were both raised by critical Mothers then sent to Boarding School and both wound up with critical partners.... On boy MJ. Yes, 26 yrs ago I left ( I did not have to flee), just left w/ 3 children, the cat & dog w/ the shirt on my back. The TF connection is no doubt one filled with a mutual deep love, respect and other-wordly like feelings with another Soul. It's big, you can't possibly miss it. But not all TF journeys are about romantic partnerships as the end goal. It depends on the agreements/needs in any particular lifetime for growth. They are catalysts for great change in your life, inspiring you to connect more deeply with your own heart and soul for higher growth. Meeting a twin flame is really energy-intensive. All illusions about living together and happiness are shattered. Soo true...but the difference between you and I is I I fought like hell..to not entertain him at all....I WAS NOT going to be a part of a 3rd party..I WAS NOT going to give him.my energy and not be respected...Soo Sex with him wasnt happening AT ALL...He pushed my EGO in Super Drive I never had a problem with my Ego....until he entered my life ...See the DM runs off of EGO..so i matched his....SO I Had to SHOW HIM that he wasn't dealing with a desperate FOOL And ALSO i wasnt desperate for his attention...AND I PROVE that to him OVER AND OVER AGAIN in the past 5yrs....This Stance almost KILLED ME...DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME... but i had KNOW CHOICE. because if I would have shown him vulnerability and kindness...He would have devoured me...AND SPITE ME OUT.......My Soul Ached for him..I felt like a drugged addict..THIS is how this twin mess make you feel...like u can't live with out that person...BUT OH HONEY I DID..EVERYTIME he approached me I REJECTED HIM...I read TO MANY COMMENTS...how the DF was mistreated and humiliated by her DM and also how the DM recruited others to bring harm to the DF....It WASNT GOING TO HAPPEN TO ME...I rejected him 3months after meeting this selfish egotistical clown..My discernment was always strong..that was a plus!!! But the BIGGEST PLUS was My Self Respect!!!! My Dm has been chasing me for the past 5yrs..Because the answer is and will be HELL NO..and his karmic is draining the life out of him..evertime i run across him.. WHICH he has stage to see me.. It's been a crazy ride but I've learned a lot of great lessons. His actions have been unreal. We had a good talk and is acknowledged he has a bad temper and he loses it when he gets hurt and he doesn't speak up so he holds it all in and I call it goes on a destructive tape and once that tape gets going he can't seem to stop it. But at this point it's all talk and he's good at being a people pleaser so in the meantime I'm taking care of myself but it's been eye-opening thank you ❤❤❤

Well I met a Catalyst in my late 50's about 6 years ago while still married and it turned my life upside down. I was so unhappy in my marriage of many years, in fact; I'd been married nearly 30 years at the time. Meeting him eventually triggered me to work on myself even though it was very painful. I overcame though. He left and never returned. A year or two later I met the Twin who is 27 years younger! He has issues as well but had a similar path as I'd had! We live on different continents/cultures, and that's one of the biggest obstacles. There's a slight language barrier but strangely we can pretty much understand each other. We've worked through some things while being apart which is a good thing.
