Do you practice Reiki? You're energetically connected, so it's not surprising you are pulled towards it. But think about it this way: if you didn't have the Ego, you wouldn't be saying you're led towards Reiki healing. You'd just be hanging out with the energy all around and not giving it a thought. Thank you so much Alex! I came from China and was raised in an unspiritual family and society. I had never believed in God or 'the Source' in any form. Until one day I came to the name 'Twin Flame' randomly about three months after breaking up with this person and had then went through all kinds of videos and books upon this topic but still was not sure if that person was my twin or not...Actually I would rather not be in a twin flame journey and had tried so many ways to move on from this person, which all failed... However the massive pain and confusion due to the seperation put me onto the journey of spiritual awakening and some sort of ego degradation. I have been healing myself for over two years now and have cut off all kinds of connections with that person completely for almost a year and was not really care about if we would be reunion or not. I will love that person as much as I love myself no matter what. I then came across to your videos a week ago and have watched most of them and had started to read your book (in e-form of course). My ego may still want to figure out if we are the TF or not but I know deep down that it does not matter anyway, for it is all about ME and we are actually ONE no matter which title I give to that person. Is the notion that TFs are part of what is helping to raise the vibration of the planet by living authentically and loving unconditionally? There have been several interactions with people in public who have actually approached my TF and I to express how beautiful it was to see couples who love each other deeply. Not exact words, but it was that kind of message. I was surprised the first time this happened - quite honestly, unaware that we “looked” or seemed any different than any other couple. We actually had 2 male high school students come up to and tell us that we gave them hope for true love in their future. I remembered hearing this several times on other TF channels, but didn’t think much of it. But this happened 4 different times over the 2 years we were connected- but only “together “ for about half of that time. My non-spiritual twin’s mind was blown. And terrified.

Hi alexx!! I am new here and want to ask something and this seems to be the most genuine source of information i have come across yet… so i have or so i think been on this journey for the last 2 years and what i wanted to ask was that even after multiple separations i cant stop obsessing and achieve non attachment, still cry hysterically and beg the universe and maybe just want him back at any cost which makes me think i am not healing at all cause it is not a true tf!? And more toxic? Also someone told me i am having such a hard time accepting him as anything else other than a tf cause i am so scared to lose this person for good which makes me think he never was my tf and maybe a karmic and all i have is obsession… someone told me resisting and not thinking of him as anything else and not have grown at all and still obsessing and seeking answers would mean he never was a true twin flame connection and also that when i look back i feel like he doesn’t feel that with me and why do i even want that idk and i mean you feel If the other person has a connection with you and for the past few days feels like he doesn’t it didn’t pain him to leave me he didn’t fight for us and let go of me easily a true runner would be in pain wouldn’t know why they are doing this and lastly feel the connection so if i feel like he didn’t feel it by the end of it and i mean i feel it not everything can be a tf connection it cam be that he felt things and now doesnt as anyone would and i can’t accept but i feel and know and out of fear call it tf so he comes back and i dont have to accept it… do you have any advice.. how would I know if even after so long i havent grown and doubt this connection and sometimes feel like its not good to be a tf or a karmic or something else? To give an example: The twins can’t make a relationship work for differences (relationship style) & decided to separate & after some time decided on being friends. One even deciding to choose a partner that better reflects the open style of relationship that they want. To add this is after MANY off & on separations. After the final separation, there was a serious push into some deep healing, reflection, acceptance… it’s still ongoing.

When you're going through ego degradation, does manifestation stop for a period of time? What I mean is, as things fall apart externally to destroy my identity structures, I keep thinking "things are not working out because of my own beliefs reflected back at me" and I do the inner work to change that and to change my beliefs, but no matter what I try it doesn't work ever since meeting the twin - its like the Higher Self intelligence is in full control and you just have to surrender, and process whatever emotions/ resistances come up I suppose the only way the ego can dissolve is if it is repeatedly denied what it wants/expects?

When I was with my twin my intuition and knowing were sky high, everything was manifesting in amazing ways, they broke things off with me when I thought we were at the height of bringing so much forward in both our lives. Now my intuition is like the directions app. that constantly just says "re-routing" but no further instructions are given! It's taken me a year and a half to just let go and stop "trying" to manifest/change and make my life feel like it was when we were together. Huge ego degradation...It is such a humbling experience.

I blocked my person in June 2023. First two months I was okay. Then started having blasts of overwhelming feelings, crying, etc. Today we reconnected and talked for an hour (yes, I unblocked him, he called). I don't agree with one. only one🙃. synchronicities are more caused by our unconscious part but very often interpreted by the ego. therefore the runner sees a lot of synchronicity because it pushes love and affection into the unconscious. I know I can't prove it. But my TF meeting was scheduled by the universe half a year in advance. some strange events leading up to it made our first meeting intense. without them: it would be ordinary. my ego couldn't produce it. or produce with such precision. synchronicity is a help and reminder for our self. not just for the ego which is a small part of the self. Of course ego interpretes it.
