Twin flame separation is a kind of pain that can be felt to the very core of the soul. Resonated with much of this! I’ll feel suddenly lightheaded or suddenly exhausted and needing to lay down and just take a nap all of a sudden and I KNOW my health is terrific so I know it’s totally his energy. I’ve also had the back and heart area tension that I also know is his energy. I truly appreciate that you've touched on this topic, as I'm experiencing this sickness right now and it's so excruciatingly hard. After separations between us these past 5 years that I've lost count of, this last one I've realised that it truly is time to turn my back, as incredibly hard it is. Apathy and a feeling of deep emptiness has been circulating within for two weeks now. I've been here before, but this time feels different. Marianas trench lol. Yeah. I met my twin as a teen. I recognised him right away, not as my "twin", but as mine, him, the one i came to find and love. Yes, never wanted connection to anyone else, but the journey has been long and messy and we are still separated. Its been 30 years of learning. Can you imagine? Weve had our separate adventures, and I've become...i am grateful for the learning and healing that loving him has set up for me...but apathy is right. I'm always waiting for him, my soul sleeping, soul searching, seeking, nurturing myself but honestly unfulfilled and bored. The ache always comes back. The heart hurt. It's tiring, the cycle of it. Just being honest. This last one has been a doozy. Wow... so similar to me and my twin!! I don’t see this often. I met my twin when I was 20 and he 22. Spent an amazing 8 months seeing each other then he left to go back to college and we lost touch (before everyone had cell phones). We’re now 44 and 46 and reconnected January 2020 after he got separated from his marriage. We had this world wind connection, attraction and romance all those years ago. Neither one of us forgot about each other. I had no idea that we were twin flames until about 6 months after we reconnected last year. I started getting signs from the universe. Had never heard of twin flames before that. I just knew in my heart when we reconnected... I felt the strong sense that I am supposed to spend the rest of my life with this person. We’ve now been in 3D separation for 6 months and he’s run away again. No communication since mid-January. It’s truly heart wrenching, but not anywhere near how bad it was the first couple of times. Long story short... I understand and think that it is really cool you have a similar story. Most twin flames I hear about don’t usually have a huge gap like I have had with my twin. This is going to be a long comment, so I apologize in advance… But it never ceases to amaze me how your videos find me when I desperately need them. I’ve been in separation with my twin for about two years now. When it first happened I experienced a lot of these symptoms especially apathy. I did a lot of work and got in touch with my spiritual side and felt like I got to a really good point. Then at the start of this year, I was in a connection that disconnected and felt extreme sadness over my twin again. I got really sick, but then got better. Then I felt all these intense emotions followed by apathy towards my twin that was a little bit disconcerting. I’ve been fighting a sickness I just had and I am not someone who gets sick often. In addition to trying to get over a flu, I’ve been having bad back pain, accompanied by a lot of muscle tension. The past couple of nights I have been unable to sleep, which has caused me a lot of anxiety , I had horrible stiffness in my neck that was distracting, feelings of apathy and extreme fatigue Just this morning, I was talking to myself out loud kindly and telling myself that it’s OK to be feeling what I’m feeling and not be so hard on myself and then I see this video. The only separation sickness I have is that I desperately want my twin with me, not thousands of miles away, and she also shared this desire. But I am unaware of her true physiological disposition. I will also add that I am personally of considerable spiritual strength and I would easily identify with the descriptions of a Sigma male personality. And my twin would easily be characterized as a Sigma female. These characteristics greatly enhance our physiological dispositions in dealing with such difficulties as involuntary separation. For me I have to endure more patience than I would prefer to which leads to intense frustration but no physical ailment or inability to sleep. You’re definitely right about this. I have thyroid problems so I deal with a lot of fatigue anyway, but this takes it to another level. It’s like you have to drag yourself just to do anything by sheer force of will or something. It’s not necessarily the same thing as being depressed. Just bone tired. I have had a lot of back pain in the last few months in my lower back, so I know what you mean about the muscle tension.

I'm currently in a Twin Flame Separation, kind of triggered by a Mercury Retrograde phase. We both have wounds and trauma that we need to heal from, and we both have struggles with Bipolar and insecurities about whether or not we deserve the happiness we bring each other. I will admit that I'm the "Sleeper" in the situation, as I used the term Soulmates to describe us, but she used the term Twin Flame, and when she first said it, I felt like something cleared up. No we are not in the same home. In a long distance relationship. After getting married we just lived only for 10days together.but those 10days were very happy. And divine and that time I understood that he is my twin flame.then he left for another country . he has been living in another country before marriage. Came only to marry.Then he left for that country where he has job. But after 6months I got to know that he had a third party. Then he ghosted me and divorced me at once. Girl! When you said we're more connected through our heart chakra..... 4 years ago I physically connected with my twin 🔥 we had known each other for a while but hung out for the 1st time, 3 days later we drew hearts on each other and had them tattooed onto us. We had a crazy whirlwind romance and then she chose walk away bc of family obstacles. We have remained friends the entire time. I’ve felt this especially hard after I lost him and we separated, it was endless black quicksand for a year. But a few years later after I’ve stabilized, I’ve felt an extreme heaviness with apathy and I can feel it from my heart chakra which makes me feel like it’s from him. The twin flame sickness is the strangest phenomenon, but I guess that it is no less strange than actually being a twin flame. There is absolutely nothing comparable to being a twin flame it is the most heart wrenching yet coolest experience a person can have. I can totally vouch for most of the symptoms. There was even a situation where both my twin and I got sick at the same time for the exact amount of days last year and it was completely unexplainable. We’ve been in physical 3D separation now for 6 months. We were still in communication until a month ago. The symptoms come at random times. The worst for me right now is waking in the middle of the night and not being able to go back to sleep. It has happened before. Hang in there! I take the best care I can of myself. Oh my goodness this video is so real I literally got super sick like SUPER in and out the hospitals and still recovering after running away from my TF. I was so confused until I had an awakening to who he really was to me. I felt like I died!! & I know he grieved my absence because I could literally feel from my own heart that his heart was broken. I have never ever experienced a love like this but he recognized me from a past life first words he spoke was you look familiar. He remembered my soul but I have severe childhood trauma and have been abandoned most of my life so I am afraid of commitment. I want to be married but he seen the real me which scared me. I first met what I thought might be a twin flame (let’s call her Sarah) 7 years ago. We met at a mutual friends place when my dad kicked me out. She was with her girlfriend at the time. The first time I ever looked into her eyes, I felt a shock go through my body. I remember her constantly trying to flirt with me and get close to me and our friend “Tina” getting in between us because Sarah was in a relationship lol. I was single at the time. I also remember constantly talking to Tina about Sarah all the time. One day Sarah just up and disappeared. A little while later, Tina and I got into a bad argument and went our separate ways. About 2 years later, I sent Sarah a Facebook request. We reconnected and she was in another live-in relationship with some girl. But me and Sarah just clicked all over again. Our attraction to each other was instantaneous and intense even after all those years. She broke up with her abusive girlfriend and we got together. I remember feeling like time had stopped when I was with her. Like I was having and outer body experience. Like I was free. I loved staring into her eyes. Unfortunately, my parents don’t approve of my being a lesbian (and they still don’t). They found out and forced me to chose between Sarah and my family. I chose my family 😢 I had to break up with her which was the worst mistake and caused me the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. I couldn’t eat, I couldn’t sleep, I had stomach pain, bad chest pain. I felt like my chest was being crushed and my neck felt tight like I was being choked. I wanted to die! It took me weeks to get over it. Fast forward to January 2020. I send her another friend request (even though I knew she was married for 5 years at the time 🙄). She responded a couple hours later. She was blown away!! And I was so relieved that she messaged me back. Again, the connection was instantaneous! She talked for hours and I listened hanging on to every word. (She likes talk and I like to listen lol). She wrote me poems that went straight to my soul. I would text her something and she would respond “omg! I was just about to say that!” and vice versa. We were never off beat! She has divine masculine energy and I have divine feminine energy. My crown chakra opened up and I became drawn to the color purple ( I don’t even like purple lol) unfortunately we separated again because, she wanted me to become woman #3 and I wasn’t going for that, so she’s not talking to me anymore 🙄 this separation is the ugliest one yet. I do get physically ill when I try to separate my energy from him. I find I can't do it but I sure would rather not know what he's doing or the reasons he's doing it. Instead, I cut off the energy of my Guides and Angels which of course was worse. This drove me into despair and sorrow. Lack of self-confidence and severe doubt that this life was even worth it.
