So clearly explained! Looking back almost five years ago, I recognize the stages. Still in NC, but through doing the work hours each day in solitude for almost six months, I am changing. I'm getting there. Not there yet, but making progress. No more pain, or obsessive thoughts. I did have a sad moment today, Valentine's Day, but overall I'm okay. He crosses my mind from time to time. Strange thing though, he's always in the back of my mind even if I'm not consciously thinking of him.

I definitely felt the sense of “home” with my DM and this was way before I knew of that concept with twin flames, but I didn’t feel that immediately (the first two times I met him were very brief, and I thought how strange it was that I would be attracted to that type of person), but when we spent our first time together sitting and talking it was immediate and overwhelming that I felt the sense of “home.” And the spike of creativity and catalyst for change was unbelievable.

I met my twin flame in February but only realising it now. Truth. It came out of nowhere and I was still hung up from my recent trauma bond/ karmic flame. It was different from everything, like I didn't think much because I never limerenced with her. Karmic flame feels like having your soul pulled, where the loss of your twin flame will make you feel like you don't even have a soul, like something was taken away.

My twin and I did not meet in person until about a year after we met online as our life circumstances just did not bring us together sooner. We live in different countries with an ocean between us; also they were in another relationship which was basically brand new and I was still married (though preparing to divorce) when we met online through an online course for work. We had exchanged quite a few video messages on Marco Polo in the first two months of meeting. Then, just a few days after having learned about twin flames we had one video chat face-to-face. We went into our first separation a few days after that and I definitely had my DNOTS at that point and my entire world was flipped upside down. We then went through two months-long separations before meeting in person. When we eventually met in person it was like the universe just helping me confirm that we really do have chemistry and get along super well and are so similar and that it wasn’t all just in my imagination like my ego kept trying to convince me it was. The universe orchestrated things in such a synchronistic way that it was impossible to ignore too. So I think many parts of the journey can take place prior to meeting in person just depending on each couple’s unique life circumstances. Overall this is such a great breakdown of what transpires on a twin flame journey that can really help people decipher whether or not they are on one.

I went through the awakening first in 2022-23. I'm ready. If she goes through it, it will be difficult. She went through a divorce so now she's very set in her own mind doing her own thing probably deciding to never love again. So she has a lot of healing to do. If she feels what I feel I can imagine it will be shocking after thinking her husband was the love of her life and now she feels unloved. It's a shock to me to have this spiritual connection so she'll really be blown away. I figure it may be 2 more years and it might take her ego that long to accept her new reality.

Thanks for another great video Alexx. I suppose a question that comes to mind is the connection between the core karmic lesson and ego degradation. On a relative level, I know that my karmic lesson is self worth and even if I didn't want to work on this myself, life has literally been leaving me no choice but to face this repeatedly over the past few years. It's like the 3D reality will morph to bring whatever experiences/events are necessary to trigger healing and eventual ego degradation. However, as more universal energy is embodied I.e. energetic shifts in perception as the Self, it is seen that all is perfect as is, nothing needs to be done, and everything is already whole and complete exactly as it is. From that perspective, healing a karmic lesson seems like an egoic construct- eg the mind may latch onto it to pepetuate its role as the 'seeker', in order to explain certain situations as 'my tf isn't here and things in my life aren't working out, I guess I still haven't learned my lesson, I need to keep healing my karmic wounds' Would you say then that healing karmic lesson/wounds happens on the relative, egoic level, in order to release low vibe energy so that the Higher Self energy can be embodied more and more? Since on an absolute level, there is no lesson and nothing to be healed - everything unfolds naturally as whatever it is. Hope this makes sense.

I love this question so much. It would take me forever to respond the way I want to, so I'll just say it in Cliff's Notes version: Everything that is in the mind, including lessons, are Ego. We are the Universe attempting to experience itself through Ego & emotion. As we are the universe, everything, including lessons, are also pointless. But we incarnated on the 3D plane and that's how we have to function here. If we don't learn our lessons or pay attention to them, our Higher Self comes in and f*cks up our 3D lives to get us to grow.

I met my partner 1.5 years ago. He wasn’t my type at all. He just had a massive awakening months before we met. There was something very intense special about him. I don’t know what and it was like no other relationship. A real nice steady slow burn. A warm loving feeling that sometimes made me cry that this even exists. No intense honeymoon but a real friendly spiritual connection with intense unconditional love. Later on he triggered me massively, all my core wounds and shadows are coming out and his too. We had a few separations because of this. The one thing that stands out in this relationship is that he makes me love myself so much. I thought I already loved myself but this is going a whole different level. I also started learning about attachment styles and polarity with him. He is learning about the ego and the mind and polarity through me. Yet when I’m unhappy with him, I imagine someone else that is more ideal and suited to me and a more aligned peaceful love between us. I can even feel him, he’s my type and is everything I always wanted. What is going on here? Is the person I’m with my catalyst and I will meet the one that’s not in physical reality but somehow with me? Am I just imagining him and he’s not real? The weird thing is when I match the person I want to be with or the person I want to be, my best self- then my now partner becomes exactly what I want and the other imagined disappears. It’s like I’m on 2 different timelines with 2 men. Or are they the same? Is the imagined one just my own inner masculine? I’d love to know what is going on here.

It's not negative affirmations that create separation. What you're talking about is manifestation. Saying "My Twin is in love with me" as an affirmation is the Ego and remaining in Chaser energy. You're looking for re-union on the 3D plane, because Union is with the Self.

Help me resolve this grapple Alexx: I’m in the long separation (The pre-eternal union phase) with my twin. I’m deeply non-attached like never ever before, But this non-attachment is so deep that I don’t necessarily feel the connection with her anymore but merely with the divine. So this is the question: Is it merely something that’s supposed to happen (or is something normal to happen) in the Last Big separation (That pure non-attachment, even detachment) in the TF journey? or she was merely my soulmate for years and my post ego degradation (as soulmates sublimate) my relationship with her is slowly sublimating?

There is a massive difference between detachment and non-attachment, so make sure you're aware of that first and foremost (and if you want, I have a video series on my website called "Non-Attachment and Union" that talks about this). If you are truly non-attached, that is exactly what you were meant to be doing, and you'll now understand that you do not need the physical representation of the Twin. Sounds like you're doing great!

Hi Alexx, you mention that these stages all happen after meeting your twin flame and at a certain point in the journey or in a particular order. What if you have already been on a long spiritual journey that you embarked on before evening knowing that you had a twin flame and that it has led you to the realisation and cultivation of self love and self worth and working towards healing your core lessons. What if you meet your twin flame when you are already spiritually awakened, having gone through a dark night of the soul? Does this mean you met your twin flame in the 5D (I know we are never seperate) but that something occurred in the 5D to catalyse an awakening in the 3D that would eventually lead to us bumping into each other in the 3D for the next part of the process to occur? Does this mean the process is different or has a different starting point? As you say all twin flame journeys are unique so wouldn't that imply that these stages may not be the same for everyone or at least not all occurring after meeting your twin flame but possibly having already done so at some other point in time?

The stages will all be the same. When I say each journey is unique, I mean based on the Ego, not based on the materialization of how the connection works. A lot of Chasers have already had a massive Ego Degradation by the time they meet their Twin. Stages are still the same. I talk about this a lot in my book and also in my videos in "The Chaser Series" on my website

These stages may be valid for some, they cannot necessarily be the case for all. The underlying emphasis in all these TF-treating channels on psychological turmoil, stages, supposed dark nights of the soul, separations - this is just not universally valid, does necessarily exist - at all. And one thing that is universally missing: the experience of what must be the union at a soul level, descending into the physical, as literally a bio-chemical, electro-magnetic (really hard to describe) chemicalizing, consumptive flame, like the two of you are literally being chemically/electromagnetically bonded - in the physical. There is ZERO sexual aspect in this phase. When the two of us committed to start our union, leave our karmic marriages, each of about 24 years in length, this experience - literally felt as some inner reality descending from above, expressing as this physical “chemicalization” - is what ensued. Both of us lost at least ten pounds very quickly in this process. I NEVER see this phenomenon described in any of the TF-channels, yet, IMO, it is a, if not THE, critical aspect of this union.
