Yes, it is extremely tough. Have undergone spiritual journey as well spread throughout this life..was connected to my twinflame through the divine. Keep seeing mirror hours, synchronicities, divine communications & dreams/visions. Strangely, just like this lady, I was connected to my twinflame by my father who is on the other side through dream during 2020 - pandemic. He is my dad's colleague's son living in my neighborhood during childhood but obviously wasn't aware then. We are almost of same age & knew each other as kids. I communicated this information to him via Facebook as we weren't in touch for almost 30 yrs....

I could relate with each and every word of hers. I fully agree coz everything resonated. Also, people should not try forcing the awakening of their kundalini. This is done on the order of the Divine. One can actually face dire consequences if they're not required for this. Believe me, it's totally guided by the Divine when one is directed to practice the kundalini-awakening process. It's an automatic process. Positive or negative...kisi bhi tarah ki shaktiyon se anchaahi chhed-chhad sahi nhi hoti. I also thank the guest ma'am for guiding Vipassana meditation. I would like to undergo such meditation, which I'm in need at present. I ignored this video twice, when it appeared on my KZbin watchlist.
