Hey lovely, I really enjoyed this series. You definitely showed me were I was blocked. Ever since I watched your videos things have started to shift. I am so excited about your push/pull series coming. Quick storytime: My twin was upset with me and didn't know why. When the pull gets to much for him he has to get away from me. Of course I panic or freak and I start thinking to myself "he is so upset with me" " what did I do to make him mad" " he probably talking to another woman thats why he is irritated with my presence" I get either sad or pissed off. I hold onto the angry and Im usually like F that im leaving all for a few hours later I am back at the house and we are "ok" again. This time around I let him be. I didn't react, I simple accepted the energy for what it was. I went downstairs and watched funny videos, wrote a very positive journal entry, and just remained happy within. He eventually came down and after about 30 mins of silence he started to tickle me, we laughed and were fine again. Then he looked at me and his expression changed. He looked sad and hurt. So I asked what's wrong. He states he was trying to figure out how to express to me what happened but he cant, he doesn't know how to. Me of course never listening sometimes I said oh its ok. I was trying to reassure him, but in that moment he didn't need reassurance. He then says that its not ok because he seriously doesn't know why he cant express what the hell happened. He seem really upset and just confused. So I asked him if he was upset in that moment when he pulled away, he said he was, then I asked him, well why and he said he didn't want to talk about it and called me a therapist saying he is not trying to go to therapy 😂 so I laughed and gave him kisses and we were back to normal. They literally do not have a clue of the journey and whats happening to them. At first I didn't want to believe it but now I know this as a fact the Pull energy doesn't have a clue what is happening all they know is they got to get the hell away from you 😢. Its sucks and hurts for us in the push energy because we want to help them see the light but they cant. Thank you again for your amazing content. You keep it so real and get to the point. What your share and teach is so helpful. ❤

Hi beautiful! Can you do a video on how you were able to stop and decrease intrusive thoughts? I wake up in the morning with thoughts of my tf non stop lately. It stops and goes.
