I highly recommend Michael Singer's book Untethered Soul for learning to be the witness to your emotions. I also believe a lot of the insane crying on this journey is purging of decades of Samskara (unprocessed emotional energy) that he talks of.

Hi Kathleen! I’m experiencing something that I never have in my twin flame experience. My DM, who is currently still in a relationship, has been in and out of communication since late January. For the first time I am not feeling interested in communicating, as it feels empty to me. Not finding the same joy that I used to. I’m definitely coming into more self love and purpose in my life, and I do love him as “ he” is me but am really grieving the lack of desire to communicate. Feels like a pretty big shift and I’m just wondering if you know anything about this kind of experience on the journey??

Don’t worry, a year is very normal. The soul does not operate in time, as it is not real. Keep focusing on you as that is what this is all about. The kundalini will naturally do its process, we don’t need to interfere with it as it is an intelligent system ❤️

I can provide for myself, but i just dont want to be in a relationship with a man who isnt a provider…im just not going to settle even with my DM. I love him but i dont need to be with him. I prioritize my needs and want now and rather be on my own. Not sure if this is party a limiting believe. DM hasnt come back yet, but im feeling The shift now.
