Then I started to realise that what I went through years b4 was very likley a Twin connection.

When you said they feel suffocated that haunts me. Before I knew what this was about she and we were still sorry of talking sporadically she out of nowhere told me of a dream she had where I was standing o we her and she couldn’t breathe. This is what anchors in my belief she is actually my twin. I cut communication she didn’t but the way she was sort of distant and annoyed in her responses I decided to cut communication cause it hurt she was this way with me. Closing on a year into it and I understand it the emotions that come up are like tsunami waves in my life. I feel like loving her is letting her go and at the same time it shatters my heart. Thank you for your explanations I resonate with your way of explaining this and since no one else around me and There is literally no one it helps. Toes on the cliff at times ,but the understanding ground my feet 🙏🏾

Its just attachment. You are probably a fearful avoidant who is in a connection with another fearful avoidant so you play out this dynamic. Its just psychology. Actual twin flames are extremely rare but it does feel real when you dont have secure attachmemt style.

I dont feel it like Im suffocting him, I felt suffocated myself at times. He was the pushy one and I retreated. I feel him on the left side of my body, the feminine side, that I still feel some blockages in (blockages to accepting love). I feel his love pouring in; it breaks down my walls bit by bit. Im not sure whether I belive in the twin soul concept but he definitely is my soul love. I already had a soul love connection in the past but that was super painful. The one now really isn't. Its mostly enjoyable for me.

I'm not sure if I had a kundalini awakening. I feel that strong sexual energy only when I'm (was) with him, not when I'm by myself or around other men. In fact I barely feel sexual when he's (was) not around, just time to time. And not only a strong sexual energy, it's more like I crave to feel the connection, the oneness that I feel when we make love, even way way stronger than the sexual desire itself. And I've been having weird sensations in my body but I don't know what they are (palpitations like my heart skips a beat, ear ringing, sore throat that comes and goes just like that, chest stomach and bowels discomfort, strong beating in the 3rd. eye area, waking up with a sort of hung over headache, and some more I don't remember right now). Also sometimes I suddenly get strong feelings of sadness, anxiety or desperation absolutely out of the blue. I just don't know lol.
