First and foremost, I love how REAL you are. There’s no show going on here - you come and show up as yourself and give us advice. Sometimes bluntly. It’s needed. I’ve been meaning to write this post for awhile but the words have failed me. I doubt the journey so often and still come back around to whether it was just a mistake. Then I feel into my heart and I realize how much love resides there, how much I’ve changed for the better - and not really changed - but how I’ve grown into the person that’s always been tucked away in there. Shining, bright, bold, beautiful. The layers of this journey - just when I think I’ve grown I level up once again. The shifts can be huge and they can also be subtle. I’ve slowly pulled back from any tarot/oracle work (which was only ever used to see my own energy, obstacles, and next steps). Communication has ceased entirely and it’s GOOD this way. It’s like this for a reason and I feel that strongly. I do emotional clearing and I admit that o would do the clearing and liked identifying who the emotions belonged to and who they pertained to. Recently I’ve pulled back. I identify the emotions and clear them but are they mine? Do they belong to someone else? I have a straight channel into the thoughts and feelings of my other incarnation and honestly, my curiosity has ceased. I don’t want to know or wonder. I clear the emotions and move on with no conscious knowledge of what’s going on. It’s better this way. I only continue this because MY BODY needs the energy to be cleared. I thank you for your blunt ways that are filled with love. You’ve taught me some HARD lessons and I had some major shifts because of it. Thank you for your hard work ❤

I have been on this journey for a year and a half - and wow - what a journey. I have literally let go of everything I owned but the clothes on my back and in my bag. I have been totally in the flow of my life, travelling and basically, having fun getting to know myself. I want you to know, Cat, that you are my favorite with TF enlightenment. Part of that is because it's not about the tools with you, which you pointed out are great if we're using them to look at ourselves. Another part of the reason I really appreciate your videos is because you're just being you, nothing fake or forced. I don't care if you've got boogers hanging out of your nose, I'm still going to enjoy your video! The biggest reason I love what you SHARE is the way you put things. There have been several times where things just really, finally sunk in the way they needed to. For instance, we hear about self-love, turning inward, abandonment wounds, inner child healing, but really getting an understanding of that in such a way that I could put it to use didn't seem to be out there, for me at least and that may be because I wasn't meant to find it at that time. Divine timing. But when you talked about abandonment & showing up for myself, it really helped me and was a key turning point for me. Because I realized it wasn't so much about abandonment that had occurred with my parents or past relationships, but when I gave up on myself. This happened years ago and I've come out of that in recent years but I realized that I need to work on being able to trust myself not to do that ever again and to show up for myself the way I want my person to, to keep promises to myself the way I want my person to, the way I want ME to (HELLO! 🤗), to never abandon myself again. Hi Cat, Thank You for these Sharings. Everything you have shared to date aligns very much with My Awareness and knowing. So this happened so far … Between 2015 and NOW 1) Wife of 30+ years announces we should sell the house and go our separate ways. 2) Vehicle Pedestrian fatality where I was the driver and a young man 16 with his 2 friends walking on the road not lighted died and I have been completely exonerated but needed to work through the guilt as I have been blessed with 2 Sons that were once 16 as well. 3) We were All packaged off from our corporate careers. 4) moved across the country to heal. Crossed Path with TF out here for an unplanned connection. Triggered completely. 5) 5 x’s we then agreed to meet as each one was blocked due to reasons beyond us both. 6) Life threatening motorcycle accident which took me back to Ontario for 2 years of rehab. Ike written off and I was all busted up. I also Allow space for the Unknown, no resisting, no clinging. I always sense her I have tried to release these experiences to no avail. My TF goes silent while connecting through texting months apart. I find myself now spending 6 months back with my children, family and friends and 6 months out West here where we first connected. She has shared with me that she NOW has found someone she can trust. So out of respect and honouring such a Union, I would stop communicating with her via the only way not blocked, Texting. She insisted I do not stop, that she gets a lot of value out of my sharings and appreciates them. This confuses Me as it seems to go against my ethics, morals, integrity. I continue to share daily. It’s been since 2020, that one connection of our Souls being triggered and the downloads shared. Cat, going inward is what I have been taking as right action when observing each ASK as it bubbled up to the surface. This creates a gentle, kind guidance towards my inner healing through Trust, Faith and Allowing What Is. Acknowledging, Embracing and Accepting the unfolding of Source. 3 years, but who’s counting? Not Me, just keep brushing off the dirt and stepping up. To each new insight being presented of the Internal Shadow Work. I feel whole and complete in myself as I continue to walk my Path, allow Space for Her to grow however she is meant to walk her Path. So, I opt for The Short Path by going completely into My Healing through The ASKS as they are presented in Devine Timing and Sequencing. Many books, vids and so on, no longer seem to shake me due to already knowing I have everything inside I seek. I no longer know who I Am and I Am okay with all that has been pealed way. Allowing Space for What Is Meant to Be. What Is meant for you can never be given to another. Whatever is not meant for You will never be granted. All that Is Real can never Be destroyed. What Is not Real, never existed. NOW, by doing My internal work seems to Be the Truest way of knowing Me and Trusting and having Faith in the Process. Thanks again Cat 🙏☀️❤️💐✨ I am working on being financially responsible over these last few years as formally my wife addressed our finances which was one of the self love things I grew into and became responsible and accountable for. I am noticing that the thing that has me hanging on to the other person is not the idea of being together romantically, but the feeling of being so close to Spirit through him. Now that I am moving away from expectations in the 3D with him and feeling more aligned with my own self, I have this nagging feeling of "what if I do not get that feeling again" The addiction for me that I realize I need to detox from is the addiction to needing Spirit to actually be physically sitting next to me..... always looking for proof of its existence in the physical world so I don't feel crazy. I think what is needed is surrendering more to the mystery and just Trusting. That was hard to put into worlds. I hope it makes sense.

My twin is my Brother in law. My husband died 2 years ago and I love my sister in law who is married to him... so I’m f’ed up about EVERYTHING lately. Meditation, yoga, letting go, and breathing has helped so far... sometimes I think I am masculine and sometimes feminine...am I nuts.? This is quite an interesting topic. I have been on this journey for over 3 years and I find myself in a total state of confusion. Many of your videos resonate. I have read the power of now. I have watched samadhi many times. I understand fully the concept of non duality. However, there are also other videos I have watched and resonated with that say that it's all a demonic NPC. attachment thing. I can confirm the signs and syncronicities are real. The supernatural is real. it's just difficult to know where it all comes from. But what is agreed upon is that it's about letting go of the person. taking back your energy etc. Obvs I understand that all journeys are different and perceived differently. As is the same with religions. It's ones interpretation and we all have our own perspective of everything. I just wondered how you'd respond to other perspectives of the journey x

@caramel7743 I have similar questions. What's the purpose of coming here as a soul having a human experience only to be told that you need transcend your "ego" and align with/live as soul? I was already living as soul before I came here. Doesn't living the human experience mean wanting to connect with other humans, which often includes having someone special to love. It all seems so counterintuitive to me. What is the purpose of all this? To live my soul's mission? OK, so what exactly is that? To increase the vibration of the collective consciousness? OK, but how do I apply that in my daily life (ie, find compatible work, never dare to feel a negative human/ego emotion, etc) while I'm still in this human body which can't just happily live in the 5d as if the 3d doesn't exist? Most of these channels don't address questions like this, and followers will just claim you're asking from "mind and ego instead of soul."
