Dads reaction to seeing it was a boy was so amazing. He immediately picked up his two daughters and hugged on them, showing that the only difference in the boy is anatomy, the love just multiplied and not divided as it should be. I know a man who wanted a boy so badly and ended up with three daughters, before his last daughter was born he kept saying that there was still a chance the baby would be a boy, and that the ultrasound could be wrong. I know for a fact that if he had a son, he would have instantly divided his love for his daughters and basically put all his effection into his son. It's sad but it happens. Im so glad your daughters and soon to be son, have such an amazing dad (and mom ofcourse)

It was the same at my house, there were only girls and my dad and 5en my mum got pregnant with my younger brother and my dad was so excited. I’m not saying he didn’t like being the only boy however in his previous relationship before my mum his then girlfriend got pregnant with a boy but he was a stillborn so he really wanted a son.
