The killer Bob absolutely terrified me for years and I always had nightmares about him. However, I recently saw a tribute to the actor, Frank Silva, who played him and he was one of the loveliest, kindest and most gentle of souls. It would have been my privilege to have met with him and call him a good friend if I only knew him. IRL, he is the complete opposite to the character he portrayed, it shows how much talent he had as an actor. After seeing that tribute to him, the nightmares have stopped and I am very saddened by his passing even tho,it was so long ago. Rest in peace Frank, you were truly a lovely, kind and gentle guy x

We've rarely seen any other series having such a unique identity, Lynch's direction literally earth-shook the average audience's expectations (this is backed up by the absurdly high number of spectators for the pilot being of 34M) Kudos to Mike Frost, David Lynch, and all the crew that came up with this masterpiece in the audiovisual landscape

Good God, the first time I watched this was all the way back in 95, my parents wouldn't let me watch it back in 1990 when it came out as I was just 12 years old, I can see why now.

I loved this show, but every time I hear this song it doesn't remind me of Twin Peaks. It reminds me that even in terrible sadness and pain there can still be exquisite beauty in the even the smallest of things.

Brilliantly movie……so good you watch more than once and enjoy it finding scenes you totally missed in the first viewing….the plot, the theme music the actors make it my all time best series on planet earth!

I was totally mesmerised by this show.. I never missed an episode.. I waited in anticipation for the next one each week.. It was shown here in the UK every Friday eve if I remember rightly.. I could never understand it in fairness it was totally bizzare but I loved it... And the soundtrack was bewitching.. It was the parts in the striped or chequered room with the giant and the midget talking backwards that freaked my mind.. I never worked that part out

Laura is the one who leads to the many. She is the light that shines in the darkest forest. She is the one who needed a light to shine on her just once and cast away the shadows.. She saw that light again 25 years later.

Now I recognize that it was not Laura Palmer but Carrie Page who spoke with Cooper in Season 3 and obviously she whispered to his ear another thing that "My father killed me". This Richard and Linda drama gets me nuts sometimes.

I used to have a stupid, impractical dream of having a home bar and the bar top is covered in a massive collage of obscure pictures that anyone sitting at the bar can spend hours looking at and trying to figure out where theyre from. I'd use 4:57 as one of those images.
