Thank you for speaking about the fear of losing your babies while pregnant. I’m a high risk pregnancy with a blood clotting disorder and being told you could lose your baby anytime made it tough to enjoy pregnancy. I remember being so relieved when I delivered because I felt like he was safer on the outside than the inside.

It is okay to feel the way you do. It is okay to love your boys with everything you are and still feel like your pregnancy was trauma. Because it was. Even a "normal" pregnancy is not always easy, and yours clearly was anything but. Don't feel like you have to apologize for being unsure if you are willing to do it again. That is a decision between you and your husband and no one else.

Thank you for sharing! I'm sure speaking about this trauma was difficult but I appreciate you normalizing how pregnancy can be actually really challenging both mentally and physically.

This video is so very helpful for all of us future twin moms! For me so far I’m 6 months with identical twin boys and sadly I have not been able to stop throwing up but it’s so going to be worth it. I can totally relate with this pregnancy being the hardest thing to go through! You are very inspiring and a strong mom! Just knowing that there are people like us who go through this is so powerful!

I hope it's gotten easier for you! Have you tried raspberry and mint tea? Wonderful combo for nausea and fairly inexpensive tea. A little bit of honey can help raise blood sugar a bit, and that can stimulate your appetite. A little bit of lemon for vitamin c as well. You're strong and you've got this!

I am currently pregnant with two boys and they are di di twins as well. I am so thankful for this video and honestly needed to know I am not alone. This has been the most challenging pregnancy and I too had unexplained bleeding .Which was very scary. But I am finally through the worst of it haven’t had any issues. Thank you for making your video it helped me cope a little and made feel like I am not alone.

I think you’re a couple years younger than me but my fiancé and I don’t have kids yet, but I really look up to you!! I watch your videos with such admiration and respect and I hope when I do get pregnant (God willing) I can be as responsible, calm and collected, loving and patient as you are with your boys! Wish we were friends in real life because you seem like such a great friend, sister, mother and wife!!!

Your pregnancy sounds exactly how mine is going right now! I'm about 13 weeks pregnant with twins and at 11 weeks I had heavy bleeding as well. Ended up going to the ER where they diagnosed me with a subchorionic hemorrhage. The bleeding is clearing up now. I'm more so just spotting and it’s brown blood but seeing any type of color on tissue after you wipe is so stressful. Im also throwing up so much. I don’t even think I’m gaining that much weight. I can also relate to feeling like i don’t want to buy anything yet for the babies. I’ve just been so scared that I will lose them. But today I found out through genetic testing that I'm carrying fraternal twin boys💙💙and I am beyond excited and eager to meet them! I just pray everyday that my babies survive and I’m able to carry them to full term. I love them so much. Anyways, congrats on your family, I know you couldn’t be happier! 😊🙏

I loved this video and getting to know you more. Thank you so much for sharing! I am a fellow twin mama, also spontaneous, but fraternal (boy and girl). Mine will be 2.5 in a few weeks and I'm due any day now with baby #3. I'd love to hear your birth story! Though my pregnancy went very smoothly, delivery ended up being quite traumatic. Baby A was vaginal, and Baby B was emergency C-section. I lost consciousness during the C-section and ended up being in critical condition for 4 hours post-op. Baby A went to NICU and he and I had to stay in the hospital for a few days, but we were discharged together. I didn't get to hold my babies for a few days and it was so overwhelming when I was finally able to visit my boy in the NICU. I burst into tears when I got to hold him! Even though we had our hard moments in getting our babies here, like you said, it is so amazing that we're all together now and healthy. Wishing your beautiful family all the best!

Girl you are such a trooper! My fist pregnant with only 1 baby was like that I couldn't imagine doing it with twins. I'm now pregnant with my second and it's been just as hard as last time if not more. But finally out of the first trimester and feeling a bit better. Definitely more challenging with a little 1 year old to take care of on top of feeling so sick. Feeling the way you do is totally normal and reasonable after what you went through! I'm so happy you got through it and your babies are beautiful and healthy! You are so much tougher for it too!❤

My heart hurts for you hearing you talk about how worried you were that you wouldn't get to meet both your babies 😥 Twins run in both mine and my fiance's family. My older sister are identical twins! Thank you for sharing this! I had a singleton pregnancy with my first, but so much of your story resonated with me and was similar to my experience. I never thought I'd willingly put myself through pregnancy again, but almost 6 years later, I have healed SO much from the trauma, and healed enough to get pregnant again. I literally could never even imagine this possibility until a few months ago. Trauma healing is so strange, because helaing can happen in the blink of an eye when you least expect it! I'm in the first trimester, but it's already so different from last time and definitely easier. You are such a great mom! My question is- did twins run in your family?

I lost 100 pounds for my first child because I had morning sickness all day long throughout my whole pregnancy, plus she was a month late but she was 8lbs 6oz and she was a c-section after 3 days of labor, then my second child was a v back I also suffered from morning sickness throughout but I also had b-6 which helped me eat later in the day, and he was born 2 weeks late at 6lbs 12oz

Beautiful share 💗! You did so well and Your boys are amazing😍 Plant based diet is something that could help a lot to have a healthy pregnancy. I dont mean vegan fastfood but good quality fruits, greens, nuts etc etc. It also helps one to stay calmer mentally. No process foods is the best way. No coffee, coke. No white sugar etc. And body detox before starting to try to get pregnant is a must I think. Most issues women have is because fear and unhealthy diet. Nowadays humans dont really know what being healthy means. I was studied more during pregnancy as I am plant based but all my bloodwork was perfect. No nausea aswell. Got pregnant at first try being 40yo. Had never tried to get pregnant before. And I would also recommend Ina May books. In her books She also mentions that plant based diet helps women with preclampsia meaning they dont get it. "Ina May Gaskin (née Middleton; born March 8, 1940) is an American midwife who has been described as "the mother of authentic midwifery."[1] She helped found the self-sustaining community, The Farm, with her husband Stephen Gaskin in 1971 where she markedly launched her career in midwifery. She is known for the Gaskin Maneuver, has written several books on midwifery and childbirth, and continues to educate society through lectures and conferences and spread her message of natural, old-age inspired, fearless childbirth"
