That same bolt on the heat shield gave me trouble. Did u use the 02 sensor cel delete? I didn’t and now im getting drive train malfunction.

Car looks great! I have a 2011 bmw 550xi M carbon black. I did full downpipes, competition m5 exhaust, carbon filter delete and some other small cooling mods. I get terrible exhaust smell including in the cabin. Do you have that problem? Is it normal? For instance being in stop & go tráffic with windows open nearly impossible.

Niiiice!!! and yes unfortunately that was a major con of all the mods we did. The exhaust smell was a bit much. I believe a good tuner can make some adjustments to offset it though. Thanks for the comment!

I think we got them from German muscle if im not mistaken. Ended up having to buy an actual msport rear bumper to fit the diffuser though as it didn’t fit the non msport stock bumper. Good luck boss! 🤘🏻

What’s the brand of those catless downpipes? I got ARM brand ones I had installed but bmw is lovely about “making space” under the hood. They touched the vacuum pump and was causing me so many problems cause I couldn’t get the heat shield between, so I had to get them taking back out🤦🏽‍♀️ those that you installed look smaller compared to mine tho.

Yes! Do your research on them before you buy one there are 2 super common very expensive issues these cars have. Coolant leak and multimedia center failure both thousands of dollars in repair I bought a warranty with it and sure enough had coolant issue over 8k worth of repairs done for free the first week of ownership now it’s solid 💪🏻

Went to the dealership wealed and dealed all day to talk down a 2018 m550i xdrive to 42k out the door only 51k miles....in the end I walked out no car be due partly to the vast info on how unreliable these cars can be :( . Being just past the 50k power train warrenty didn't help either

Why not spend more time capturing the actual sound? You spend all the time producing the video with all this music and garbage with just a few seconds of sound from the car itself when it's done. I don't want to hear all that music. I want to hear the car!

@@DailyDelinquency Fair enough, I wouldn't expect anyone to remake a whole video, but there has been a lot of time to make a supplemental video and release it. You have to realize that a lot of people (like me) find videos like this because we're thinking of getting a particular car and want to know what various exhausts would sound like. So I check out all the 550 videos, not caring about any particular channel, not intending really to follow any of them. This is research people often do. Sure everyone makes mistakes, but you've had 3 years to make a supplement and fix the mistake, which I suspect hasn't been done or you'd have mentioned it.

IF YOU ACTUALLY GENUINELY CARED, doing something like that is extremely simple and straightforward to accomplish. You're acting like you care but it's obvious you don't. Stop trying to get me to watch your other videos. I find the videos I watch on my own. I don't care if you make other videos or have learned something. You clearly are trying to make me think you care about my comment, but all you're doing is blowing me off. If you're not going to do it, FINE, you do you!
