I'm a vintage seller, so I've dealt with my fair share of colour run! I'd recommend soaking the clothes in warm water along with synthrapol, a detergent that removes loose dyes. It has worked wonders for me!

❗️🗣I recommend using OXY CLEAN WHITE REVIVE LAUNDRY POWDER , I had one of my white shirts that got washed with my black clothing and it got left with a black tint to it so I bought that powder and I filled a bucket up with warm water and added a full scoop to it cause the more you add the more better results you will see and I added the scoop into the water and mixed it and then put the shirt in the water and left it in there soaking for 24 hours and I took it out and WALLAHHH it was white again and I did it also to another shirt but I did the same process to it but more than once cause it had alot of black dye transfer to it but i would recommend trying it but make sure to look at what the product says on the back just in case

Try soaking the stained slip dress in water with plenty of baking soda and white vinegar and leave it soaking in an area with direct sunlight for at least 45 minutes then dump the water and wash as usual and hang it to dry in direct sunlight. Hope this helps.
