Friend, of mine, did the RS Orion turbo swap. He was 6.2 and built like a bouncer. He came up and over then down a long hill. He hit a twin front wheel tipper lorry so hard, he removed the OS wheels and axel. He was ok. The roof was completely flat apart from where he was. Lucky, luck boy.

love it well done sir. I disagree with presenter, i rebuilt my s2 rst, mine was great to drive with koni suspension etc. Biggest issue i had was failed dump valve. I upgraded breaks to st170 disc calipers with 10mm spacers. much better.

It would b easier to hide the intercooler behind a 90 spec bumper or even a RS style 88 bumper extension that a lot of orions had back in the day. Id have rather saw it with series 1 arches and a higher offset wheel to try pull them in a bit but deffo good effort. Looks like it drives really well..
