I agree, when it comes to plastic, I try to reuse as much as possible but sometimes plastic does come in handy, e.g., it rains a lot here

I had a horrible experience with T&P. The owner Cansu doesn't reply to email and if you complain on her FB page she will block you. She printed my label and then sat on it for two weeks! She didn't respond to the one email I sent after patiently waiting two weeks. When I complained on her FB page she blocked me. There were lots of other people in the same position as me, that got shipping notice and then ZERO movement. She finally made a post on her FB page and blamed everything and everyone except for her own procrastination and lies. She dared to claim everyone's packages were being held hostable by the post office. She said it had closed and had new owners, and the same day she said she was only willing to use this post office. If you are using an office that holds your customer's packages hostage why would you have loyalty to this post office? People asked for a printable download of a few pages since our packages were being held hostage and she said she was thinking about doing this and then people got rude so she didn't get the chance. I’m not sure how asking for an update on your package is rude, but Cansu thinks it is. I think it's rude to sit on packages for two weeks and then make up lies as to why SHE never took the packages to be processed is rude. After many complaints, she finally took the prepared packages to the post office the following day, or did she pay the ransom? 😂🤪 There is one person on her FB page complaining about having their package tracking number with ZERO movement for three weeks and the person lives in Germany, where T&P is located. She publically blamed this customer and didn't take responsibility. She did this same thing last year and a month ago she made an apology on another KZbinrs review but didn't take personal responsibility and was full of excuse after excuse. She only did this because people were calling her out for bad customer service. She promised to do better and then repeated the bad behavior less than a month later. If you are considering ordering from T&P be prepared for the worst customer service of your life.

@@sweetandsimplenest Thank you! I had hoped Cansu would finally get her act together, but nothing has changed. From what I’ve seen on Reddit, she’s still dragging her feet when it comes to mailing out packages. I guess a snake doesn’t shed its stripes-or its bad habits. 😬☹
