I agree with not starting your day with the news, but avoiding it entirely seems like building a bubble around yourself. I believe it is important to face the suffering in the world and hope to change it, not just shield yourself and ignore it... Something I actually learned from my twin is how to embrace my sadness and anger, and not run from any emotions. “Good vibes only” can be quite toxic and cause people to avoid and spiritually bypass something they need to go through to heal and grow.

I am eternally one with my true twin flame. 2 years meeting at 16. Told him at 18 that "My love for you is eternal." 15 years running. Was together for almost 3 that ended in our worst nightmares. We had no idea how to handle the overwhelming emotions. It ended very badly. This video has opened up my heart to so much gratefulness of where he was coming from and how much he tried to change my perspective when I couldn't see it. It breaks my heart even with the overwhelming unconditional love. What he said to me last January was so beautiful and I turned him away because he wouldn't go to therapy with me to help heal some of these child wounds we have. I felt separation was inevitable because he wouldn't try. What I didn't realize was I was putting a spirit of fear and anger out into the universe and it was reacting in kind to give more of what I was manifesting. I last saw him March 1st. We haven't talked since January. He blocked me March 16th with no warning. I have tried to reach out 3 times and nothing. He finally met me in the 5D in February so I know he's awake to it. He talked about our twin flame connection a lot. This is so hard realizing all I did wrong.

My twin has encouraged me to love all parts about my body without guilt, and that is one part of the best body positivity affirmations she has passed to me. I carry it with me, everyday and this finally allowed me to uplift my self love. And see myself finally, in the ways she would see me too. Now I am taking ownership of my fitness journey, and my mind has been purging the emotions I have been holding onto. And I feel so shocked by my eating habits. It's important, to be mindful of my temple care routines. I stay on top of journaling, and keep up with my multivitamins. If I try to eat fast food, or processed foods my body betrays me. Bubble guts are my worst enemy. Lesson learned lol. And earthing on the beach, and at the park is so liberating. Crying under the moon, is everything. And damn, I'm so pleasantly surprised by the power of this androgynous starseed Earth Angel. She was right, I have badly neglected myself. I'm awake now, I will never sleep on myself again. I adore this conscious work. My blocked chakras, are causing me discomfort vs the pain I started with. No pain, no gain right? However more than necessary to remind me, of the kind of existence I want to thrive in. Instead of trying to get her back, now it's about me getting stage ready and committed to my dance journey. Even just playing a video game with my mom ( which the karmic has been interfering with our wifi and interrupting her game play, and my homework time) has been a wonderful help. It's amazing with a few minutes of exercise a day, will do for the light body. I AM ETERNALLY ONE WITH MY TRULY DIVINE ANDROGYNOUS TWIN FLAME🙌🏾👑✨

It is great to see that you have been to Iceland. I am half Icelandic (top half) and mixed heritage living in the NW of England. My TF lives in Iceland and we have been on and off since 1994. He is currently in a karmic relationship and in love & light is operating from an ego base but I sense great changes. My Kundalini awakening on the 22nd Jan followed with Samhadi and I have been working on specific stages of Merkaba through meditation for the last 12 days.
