Thank you, Alexandra! He and I are in separation, which is difficult already, especially with the pandemic going on. I know a painful past relationship is haunting him and that he’s afraid of being hurt again. I’m afraid he’ll forget me or leave forever. So, I’m working on being patient with him and myself, and on building trust.

Monir Yousefian hi! Yes, it’s always very helpful and more effective to watch several times, even if you play it in the background. I remember in some of her earlier videos she said it’s like a muscle - we don’t get a six pack after one workout....so if we continue to watch/listen and to clear, we develop this like a muscle.
