I met my twin flame at 13 years old. We were inseparable until we graduated high school. I lost Her due to the religious beliefs of Her mother, must marry someone of the same religion, which She did and regretted it. She was miserable with this person. She knew She had made a mistake. I was devastated, it took years to recover and had a profound impact on my life. I always felt empty in life, I did move on. I believe this was the trigger to my path to enlightenment and raising my vibrations. After 24 years I rarely though of Her. I had not seen Her for 24 years except at my Father's funeral halfway through this time period. One day on Vacation in Colorado something came over me and I could not get Her out of My mind. This was so intense I had to find out about Her. This drove me crazy for several days. So I drove to the small town where we grew up to find an old high school friend to find out about Her. As we were sitting in the front yard talking, low and behold She drove by and my friend flagged Her down. We instantly reconnected. We just didn't know at the time we both had this experience. Long story short we decide to have a high school reunion and the 3 of us went about putting this together. She was still married and was still miserable with this person. After 6 months of a few meetings about the reunion we knew we had to talk about what each of us were feeling. We did, she got divorced and 6 months later we were married. It has been 18 years. I had to know what it was that gave us the connection we had. I did not discover twin flames until a year ago. Twin Flames answered all the questions I had. We can feel each other's vibrations, we know what the other one is thinking, we feel each other's presence. We have never had a fight or argument. We are one with each and one with the Creator. We are whole and we are balanced, we continually seek growth and to raise our vibrations. At 61 years old I look back and it seems like a fairy tale, but it really happened and is still happening. I truly believe in Her misery Her vibrations had become so low She sent out a SOS to me for help, and I received it that day in Colorado. My mind said do not go down this rabbit hole, but my heart overrode my brain. Always listen to your heart.

I disagree, the whole point of the connection is to get you to go inside of yourself for answers. If someone has to constantly ask the "TF community" what they should do in their own connection (a connection that's meant to connect you to yourself) then they either still have work to do or probably shouldn't worry about trying to label their connection. I recognized him the moment we met, but I couldn't remember where I knew him from. And yet felt I knew him like he was a dear friend I hadn't seen in a long time. Minutes later, as I walked away, I suddenly realized that I could sense what he was feeling. It hadn't showed on his face, but he was heart broken. Distraught even. I wanted to run back, put my arms around him and tell him it was alright, I was here now, I loved him and would never leave him. That was about 60 seconds after meeting this person who, in this life at least, was a total stranger. I didn't run back and tell him. I waited until we got to know each other a little and then told him how I felt. He wept like a child in my arms. It was so beautiful. That was 24 years ago. Still on the roller coaster ride, but I've learned so much.

Pheadrus You have a very good intuitive sense. But, I feel for you a lot, when you say being " in a roller coaster ride"... My God. 24 years in it, now! How on earth did you keep going?! What made you continue? Me too, I have had kind of a similar encounter. But, in the beginning, because of a part of him still being in very low evolution, I tried my best to avoid being in a relationship with him. I knew he most proberbly wouldn't be able to grasp the least of what our encouter was all about. The avoiding only worked a few months, until we fell for each other like true magnets. It was utter bliss for both of us. But I new intuively that I was up for a dangerous emotional ride, somehow. Although I couldn't have known what a ride! (Having been in an abusive relstionship for 14yrs before that, and not at all because of my background, I did now really want true harmony and peace in my life). I took him into my home and my life without any second thoughts. We just wanted to be happily together... And, I wanted to help him too, as he didn't have a place if his own. After only one year of emotional roller coasting and unexplained ghosting on his behalf, I couldn't cope with his strange and often abrupt bad behaviour. He then often said he forgot how he was in those moments... And truely meant that. But, also, the last months stupidly tried blaming me for nothing. He hadn't done that before... I have had it, always being treated as if I should be taking in all the bad from him without me saying word nor show an emotion, and just accept.. No. Our so called Twin flame bond suffered under his erratic and often angry behaviour. I miss him terribly, but I don't wish to continue like this with him. I feel free now that he's gone. (In a very strange and bizarre way, too... luckily without a row, but alas neither a face to face explanation. Nor any other explanation...) Can't reach him anyway, no number nor address...I know where he works, but don't want to show up over there. It's a truely sad, and it has become a heavy story. He had the chances to 'mend' what he so wrongly had done in other life times with me, but prefered not to. He should've asked me for forgiveness at least for what he did here to me, but instead I went through periods of forgiving him!!! He did me wrong in this life time too... And I even forgave him every single time...as such not to keep a grudge against him. (He's totally unconcious of past life times...). But he couldn't even take the bliss in, and the deep bond of togetherness we had. We could've 'just' been happy, together. I now have to cope, all alone, with all the stuff that came upon me during the last year. At the moment I'm so hurt and cross, that I can't even grasp why we had to meet here again... I also, now, do have a deep grudge against him, and feel sick at the thought of what I went through, the last year. Incredible, I survived it all. But, having a hard time coping with the "loss" and am super frustrated that he hasn't understood how to behave correctly. Sorry for the long story, I just felt I could share this with you. That is such a beautiful heart warming story!!! It really gives me hope! I met my twin flame at the age of 19 jus months after my mother passed away suddenly! When I met him it felt like a fairytale we dated for about a year then broke up and got back together about 4 months later! Then we moved in together and things were goin great but we were always together and even worked together and I think that young we jus weren’t ready for that at the time! We started arguing all the time then broke up! He ended up marrying someone else and that jus broke my heart to pieces!!! It took me many years to get over that devastation! But a year later he came back to visit but I was in a relationship! Then a couple years later we seen each other but we both were dating people! But we ended up having a one night stand! Then another year or two went by and we ran into each other again but we both were still dating different people! And the. About 5 years went by and I had jus gotten out of a abusive realty and had ended up severely injured! But he tracked me down jus in January of 2020! And this time we have been building a solid friendship!!!! It’s so amazing to me that we are now friends after all of that! But he’s currently dating people on and off!!! Yep. Instantly, in my head I heard the words, "OMG, It's him! He's the One. He's my Home." I almost fell down. But I had to maintain my composure. I thought about telling him but I knew that info would cause him to run! I had placed an ad to sublet. He answered the ad. We have separated 3X. This time we are hoping to reunite soon since both our mothers, who we took care of, have transitioned. Unfortunately, we hit a snag. I’ve felt my twin flame since i was a child as young as 5 years old. I have felt my twin’s resonance through certain sounds or songs, movies, vague Deja vu moments, and even when I was playing or doing things I loved to do. I felt my twin so strongly with my gut that it made me feel nauseous especially when certain tunes are sung. I missed him! As I grew older the feeling turned into a longing and made my heart ache every time. It felt like I had lost someone whom I never met. I also dreamed of him and felt melancholy when waking because I didn’t even know who this person was. At 22 years old, across the globe from my country of origin, I heard his voice for the first time and then turned around to see him. He was striking and not like any guy I’ve ever met. We were going to the same college. For five years I avoided him at school all the while sensing that if we ever got together, it would hurt him deeply. I could feel the bright energy of his attraction for me without him acting on it. So i avoided him. Because I acted in fear and avoidance, we both got hurt in such an unbelievably unbearable bad way by not allowing the connection to take place. I know this now because I can look back and understand why. The feeling I got from him then was very easy and my gut told me that he would fall I love with me too easily. but I didn’t give him any vibes that I was interested in being pursued. My head told me NO that it’s not time and that this connection was too easy! I was so young and dumb. At the time of meeting him I was already with seeing someone anyway so I wasn’t available. I ended up getting married to the guy I was dating and more than a decade later, it turned out to be biggest heart ache of my life. That man destroyed me to my core. I got reunited with my twin flame 20 years after we met for the first time. We connected via an intermediary - a marketer he hired to do marketing for his healthcare consulting business in LinkedIn. I had just bought a practice in SF and desperately needed help with my healthcare business. And the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. We met up on his birthday to catch up. His story was remarkable and so similar to mine! And the more we learned about one another, the more I realized how much our values and inner ways aligned. We happen to live in the same city. His job was helping professionals like me. After that second meeting, more and more of what I’ve learned about twin flame connection became apparent. From childhood similarities of experiences, family dynamic similarities, love for music, arts, and aesthetics... he’s definitely more advanced in the awakening process than I am. He’s been through many spiritual awakenings and he helped me breakthrough mine. I think I was the “runner.” We have been together for three years. He’s three years older. We are going to be united again in three weeks from now. His mom tells me that she’s never seen her son love someone so much. His parents love and adore me. I am from another part of the globe... and we were brought together through synchronistic events consistently. It was so painful being apart from him all this time. We are inseparable. We hear each other’s thoughts consistently. While we are temporarily apart, all I have to do is think of him and really feel our connection in my gut and I would get a text from him. He adores me and loves me deeply. His love and presence in my life is the part of me that was missing when I was a child. I felt him then. Now he’s here. We are one. And we are about to do incredible work to help people transform their lives in our business. It’s a remarkable true story and our lives together are only just beginning. It’s a rough journey filled with awakenings upon awakenings, but so beautiful and transforming. I hope whoever is reading this will be encouraged... if you are missing your twin flame, my advice to you is turn INWARD. Don’t look for him or her on the outside... focus on brining your attention to healing yourself and raising your vibration, focus on attuning to your highest soul’s mission which may simply be following your dreams and developing self-trust and emotional honesty and sobriety with yourselves. Be assured that the stronger you feel your twin within you, the better. I’ve felt my twin since I was a child. If you don’t know that feeling, start tuning into it. Focus within. Start becoming happier. Follow your dreams. Be a better person. Release toxic people and relationships. My experience was unusual - my soul recognized my twin at about 20 years of age....we tried dating, but I was not ready and disappeared from his life, even though I loved him dearly. Many years later I reconnected with him and he was happy to hear from me - although I dated for many years I always knew those are just passing time because I never stopped loving my twin. In the end I choose not to marry ( he did) nor have kids and have no regrets. He passed away and I seem to love him even more, even though I cry almost every day. My twin flame and I have been doing “the dance” for ten years. He was in my dreams almost immediately upon meeting. Our first time alone I felt like I’d known him my whole life, but he was much more closed off and in some ways still is, so I played it cool and allowed him to run away over and over again, which was heart wrenching but also provided me with the time I needed to grow and awaken. I finally got up the nerve to confess my love and his response was, as you might imagine, to run away. He wouldn’t speak to me. It was like he simply couldn’t face me. He and I live in the same small college town and we’d see each other very seldom, over the course of 4 years. The universe brought us together again by random circumstances, and by then, I was in a much more confident place. I was not afraid of my love for him and I didn’t expect him to be anything or do anything to receive that love. I just told him that I love him without fear. That was about 1.5 years ago. We maintained a very very intimate but plutonic relationship for that time, holding and kissing each other but never purely sexual in nature. It was not until very recently when we were brought together again, this time he was heartbroken over a breakup and his dog being ill, that he let me into his life-finally. For the first time in 10 years, he confessed he loves me, that he always has. He freely says this to me now, but I can sense he is still blocked energetically, burdened by depression and addiction. I feel the same way I always have, like we are one person. We recently expressed to each other that we see 11:11 all the time, and on a whim, I looked at the very first Facebook message I ever sent to him (which he ignored of course). To my absolute astonishment, it was sent on November 11, 2011. This synchronization is too important to be ignored. I love him more than I’ve I ever loved anyone (other than my children). I can’t say that I “recognized” my twin when I first met him two years ago, but I definitely felt the connection deeper than anything I’ve ever experienced (this coming from a Scorpio). I just realized my twin flame was my first love at just 11/12 (he was 12/13)years old. We had instant attraction towards one another. I remember people telling me that I was too young to be in love but my heart and soul felt the intensity of our connection. He was from another Country and his dad was in the US for work. After a short while they had to move back and we lost connection. He would always try to reconnect/gravitate near me and I’d always pull away. I’m now realizing I was the runner... Now after 31 years we’ve reconnected through social media and it’s the same magnetic attraction we once had as young teenagers. I’ve been experiencing the vibrations and heart palpitations even though he’s almost 5000 miles away.

It's been intense lately. Our souls are merging in many ways. I feel everything she feels. Telepathy. All that stuff. Last couple of days an intense warmth in my chest and a sense of love that I have only felt in rare moments. I've been sleeping "beside" her, in many ways, when I hug my second pillowcase hahah. Also I never remember my dreams and have been remembering some lately and waking up feeling really peaceful like she is with me and was just with me in a dream. She was supposed to go for supper with me a month ago but ghosted again. We both know now but it's really intense and the amount of fear is as equally as intense as the love. Giving up complete control is terrifying in so many ways. I'm pushing forward with it but I know that she's still terrified. It's been hard to get any work done the last few weeks, too, with the intensity of the connection and the amount of fear that we've been pushing through. I know you make it seem so beautiful and simple sometimes, but it's hard to believe that anyone would be able to get through this without getting through the most intense pain. Walking over the burning embers. I've heard that you have to go through more if you want to accomplish more, but I never knew it would get this intense. I've been through all the stuff that everyone talks about and have moved past it, but I've never heard about it getting to this kind of intensity... I hope we get there soon though. I haven't spent time with her in a year and I didn't believe in any of this back then. Last time she saw me in person, a few months back, she went super pale in horror and tried to rush by me. Last month she sent me kiss faces, said she's proud of me, and would let me take her out for supper. The whole thing is funny. I think it's adorable how scared she is of me hahah. I just want to give her a big hug... anyway... thanks for being there Cassady. I swear I've purchased every one of your programs except for the Affirmations. I'm going to give that to her for a gift - I think she might need it more than me. It's been intense and I do wonder when we're going to get through this all. I'm kind of tired of the "letting go" part

Hello dear Ryan, i know your comment is 3 years old but i have the urge to share my experience with u. my situation is not so easy either. The one which i tank and feel is my twin flame is married to other person, and me too. we have been in long term relationships. i don't even know if he know about this connection that we have. we met at a course i have to do for my job (where people from different companies go, he works in a very different job as me), this course was online at first, but we ended being in the same 3 person group for a written project. I found him so charming and funny. i started admiring him very much. The last course was in live scenario (covid restricitions eased up a bit), so in the first 2 days of course i didn't have the courage to talk to him, i felt butterflies, i was paralyzed, and i felt he was feeling the same way too. The last 2 days of course he started asking me lots of questions for some homework (online through facebook chat) we had to give the last day of the course, and we started to connect a lot through facebook, i found out we have the same humor and other similar things. Some short syncronicities happened (in an exercise at class i chose a case management without knowing it was from him so we ended up working together again only the 2 of us, and i felt so close to him, so familiar, i wanted to comb his hair back so badly. we ate lunch together 2 times, we talked about our cats and other stuff he knew about me because of facebook. He mentioned having sometime trouble with the temperament of his wife, and other things i was kind of confused to understand. i read between the lines he was not feeling good. he even mentioned " i brought myself to this". i invited him to go for a drink whith other colleagues of the course, but he had other plans. i noticed he was being pulled back. now im still trying to stay in contact with him through facebook and through this 3 person group we were together. sometimes i feel sad that we are bounded to our partners and lifesituations. Somehow i have hope we can be together as friends o something. i just want to be part of his life. he helped me when i was goin through a life crisis, without even knowing it. Our story so far: we met on tinder. Its sounds insane but hear me out. Our journey started far before we ever met. We had polar opposite childhoods but somehow ended up like we literally mirror our souls. Hes just like me, the good, the bad, all of it. I met someone before him who I believed was my twin but (obviously) they weren't and when I let them go I felt so unreasonably happy. I didnt know why but I was so overwhelmed with joy when I thought I'd be so sad. I spent a month of solidarity to heal from that false twin and an abusive relationship I left. I got to the point where I put out the energy that no matter who it is, I'm ready for my twin and I won't settle for anything less. And then I found him. I wasn't specifically looking but I was keeping an eye out. I knew the type of draw I was keeping an eye out for and oh BOY when I found him, I immediately was so drawn. Our first conversation was us ever so naturally making a conspiracy theory about how llamas are at the center of the universe (we are spiritual and weird as hell 😂). after meeting him, I felt this intense cleansing of all my human baggage. All my trauma, all my old life patterns, all of it, melting away. Like I am shedding my human self to my soul self and he feels the same way. And we dont try to heal each other. He just exists and mirrors me so intensely and just his existence reminds me of who I really am under all of it. When we first kissed I wasn't nervous, I felt so at peace and I've never felt that way before ever. And the syncronicities are insane. Our sober dates are 2 months apart. We have been sober for 2 years. We met in February (2) of 2020. His sober date is 2-22 and our favorite number has always been 2 since we were kids and we never understood why until now. And as we were talking about it, losing our shit, I looked at the time and it was 11:11. That's just the surface level ones. And I feel all my chakras light up. I cant quite literally feel all of them. And I can see aura type rings when I get into a meditative state and his was insanely strong, way stronger than anyone's I've ever seen. And then we met in person and that night his turned into butterflies, very very strong butterflies that if darkness starts overcoming my meditative visions I guess you can call them, I think of the moment we kissed and the butterflies break through the dark stuff stuff and fill me with such peace. And butterflies are also a huge synchronicity between us. I could go on for hours about beautifully intense its been and it's only been a month. A FUCKING MONTH. I'm so excited for what this brings in the future.

Its jess ...I don't mind telling you how it came about. I was in a lucid dream state. I ask my twin when are we going to start telecomunicating.. He said we already are. I said no we're not...if we are tell me something or give me a memory I haven't had with you yet (post him physically passing) he shared a memory and asked me to verify it with another person. When I did (verified with the other person) the next day they said...you don't remember that?? Since then I have communicated twice more but only twice more. Does this help?

Have you had telepathic experience with them out of dream state? If so, is their voice like a physical external sound, an internal voice you can hear, or more of a thought but there is some kind of indication it is them, not your thoughts? I'm imagining a lucid dream experience with a tf would maybe be like you could see ,hear, feel them. Let me know if I'm incorrect. But what I'm wondering is how it feels when not dreaming. I wouldn't have missed mine. It was his voice speaking outside to a friend that compelled me to see who this person was. He was 19 YRS my Jr and The love was so pure and spiritual and still is. To find the other half of your heart and to have it move on without you is soul crushing but with time I began to see the incredibly important lessons he led me to and the deeper spirituality I would have missed in this Journey. He told me about so many things before his passing that I did not pay close enough attention to at the time now come together I make so much sense. He knew his Exit Plan was coming and he was sorry he was going to have to leave me. He even told me about past lives we had together he left unexpected notes to me written on drawers in jewelry boxes, hair brushes bathroom mirror incense boxes and drawings and paintings we have done together. His exit in this life was what they label us accidental but now I don't think so much that it was and he even elaborated to me before is exit that this time was his last journey and would be waiting for me with no concept of time only love. he was 36 years old and the most amazing person I have ever met.
