I’m about to meet my twin flame in real life and I am soooo anxious to meet them 😭 I’ve actually “known” them for over three years.. but I’m finally trying to work up the courage to meet up with them in real life.. I’ve never felt this anxious and scared before. I always used to be addicted to relationships. Always had to be in one. Well, 4-5 years ago I decided to heal all my deep wounds and learn to be alone. We moved together after over a month apart because i had to visit Lithuania because of the university. He was even ready to come and take me back if there were any problems, so we could be together. It wasn't always smooth and perfect, but now it's really harmonic. We are happily married. We still hold hands when we walk. We are happy to meet again after physical separation, like work. When my boyfriend I met for the first time, we didnt say much really but we could just feel each other looking every time thru out the evening . .when we shook hands to say good night, felt a warm electrical shock go thru my hand then the body . He used to call me his mini me. We are so much alike yet are differences help each other grow. I feel like we fit like a glove. Everything you say is so scary true. Known each other for about 4 years. It’s funny cause I think we have the same issues and same problems. And how we relate to our mother is very similar. Same interests of leisure. Oddly we both were going through a car accident lawsuit about the same time. Except mine lasted 3 years and his about a year. Another odd thing he always called me after having a dream about him, or calling me on my birthday (without being mindful on what day it is) I just felt we communicated with our energy when we are together. It’s like I feel so comfortable but yet Something inside me makes it compelling and stirs something inside me. We both hurt each other. I feel like we are in that separation phase. I have so much unconditional love for him. And care so deeply for him. We both struggle with the same things but as I start to show more how I appreciate him and care for him he does the same. ❤️❤️ knowing this that it’s a twin flame just makes it more secure to me. i cry. when i do step 9... im happy... shes the only one there. I cant explain why i cry... it seems so hopeless. ive been here for 2 years. i miss her now. I know im ignoring myself in so many ways. I only know because of her. I didnt realize how far behind I let myself get. she tells me that I need to do these things for myself and not for her. but she ran..... and shes told me Ive been forgotten. That she never loved me. but shes the only home ive ever felt... and i just wanna go home... i wanna do this.. i just dont understand how and where im NOT loving myself... this is so hard. Im afraid to come back to twin flames... the informative and learning about them all over again... because i feel like i did it... but as it turns out.... if i knew all of this.. why would it cause such emotion in me... the truth is im afraid. i know im ignoring myself. im scared, and angry, and defeated. i feel betrayed and lied to and stolen from... like why... did she have to come into my world... if she wasnt gonna stay..... she saved me when i met her.... i know i wouldnt have been better off without her.... but if i didnt know she existed... i dont know.... but knowing shes out there... its the most pain ive ever felt... its like... i just wanna go home but I cant.... and it seems like ill never have a home if shes not there... i know it means i need to find a home in myself.... i cant believe it still hurts just as much as it did 18 months ago.... thank you.... as many times as this has happened... im still astonished at how just ONE video can bring me back to every emotion and experience that has happened since meeting my twin flame.... ive watched thousands... by now... but it only takes one.. to bring all my feelings back... and bring me back to unconditional love... i feel like all i need to hear is that she loves me.... from anyone... i just wish she would tell me. I love my twin a lot but she hasn’t had the experiences that I have she hasn’t had the same spiritual experiences that I have had. And even though I know she loves me my spiritual awakening pushed her away. I had to go through some things to grow spiritually and she took it to heart. Same. It's a real mess. Both of us have children as well. But no matter how hard I try to cut the cord or ignore her existence, I wake up thinking about her, I go to bed thinking about her. When I try to meditate, she's there. And it is a heartspace thing. It's not something I could really explain to anyone. I know she feels the same. Only the 2 of us really understand the dynamic. It's so beautiful and amazing but at times painful, mostly because we aren't currently speaking and my ego constantly worries that I'm gonna lose her. But I've let go of any expectations. It doesn't matter what happens, I will forever love this woman 💞

Me and my wife this was what we new from the beginning and my wife said that I felt familiar and like home and I used a different terminology but the same. Everything is on point and more how we new and even dreamed about each other previously but tuff in the beginning but now we have 9 kids and another on the way, still counting. Hi this makes a lot of sense for us. We are actually creating our life now together. We desire a house together with our family ( parents, step parents, siblings and cats) together, buying a car together, decorating our home ( putting a music and video game room in our new home). Me and his sister now are decorating our apartment now ( me and him even talk about it together in person and we both love it). We live together now and my Step dad and his sister. I create drawings and his sister does decor with differ appliances and other cool things). Somethings might take a bit to come into fruition but we trust it. We both value honesty, loyalty and trust and self care and stability and responsibility. Though we are building together I do see us already committed because I have committed to myself and to him through our hearts. I remember that I started losing interest in my ex husband because he would not take care of himself. I was already self healing ( and still doing so ) before I met my true tf. I am working on quitting smoking. I'm thinking of going to vape. I'm using patches. Of course it isn't the easiest but I'm still working at it. We are also bettering our health. He also has a busy work schedule but still shows the same commitment as I do for him and for myself. We are happy to be alive each day. He isn't with anyone else but I have seen when he was and it was painful but even the that I could still feel the truth and saw it. I never left his side. His family is awesome and very supportive of us and I'm so grateful. Yes I truly value myself above all. I also value me and him equally above all. I love myself and him so much that I've turned down other men. Not for society's false beliefs but because I truly know and feel in my heart that we are truly worthy of one another. Yes very true. We met when we were both homeless and I told him that I still accept you for you. It doesn't matter how you look to me. To me we are both beautiful on all levels. That's true. Actually I've noticed if you don't love yourself you cause a reflection of them running from you and vice versa. Sometimes if I'm not doing good at the time I distant myself to heal myself because we all deserve to have love and harmony within us which attracts it in your outer world. All this I'm still learning. You still learn things in union and reunion. The healing never goes away.we still heal daily. Thank you so much

So this is my story.... I think I have meet my twin flame it wasn’t until after we reunited.... I initially meet him through tinder as a joke between me and my friends then we talked for a couple weeks and I felt a strong connection from the start... He always wanted to meet up but I pushed him away because the feelings started to get real. Than we bumped into each other at college and my heart sunk to my stomach I thought well now that we are both here? We both immediately were star struck and meet up the same day the first time in person. I hugged him right off the bat I just felt it.... At the time I was “ in the closet” and that came with many tribulations to overcome. I was not ready to carry such a load with what it comes with. He had needs that I couldn’t meet up too because I tend to be a person pleaser I was doing everything for everyone else but ignoring what I need. Near the end the relationship was taking a toll on me mentally... so I broke things up 6 months broken up since 3 months of no contact and 3 weeks into reuniting he has grown so much and have so I our goals have been so much similar and our values. Our paths in life’s are very similar at the moment but we still are overcoming internal battles. I love him so much.

I'm so lost. And not lost. I know I've gone thru or am going thru my awakening and feel like it may have been triggered years ago as I became enveloped in a crippling depression that lasted 5 yrs, finally coming out of it as I sought things completely foreign to me such as meditation, energy work, lifestyle changes I never anticipated or even thought of & it's been such an emotional but enlightening journey BUT The depression was spawned after my life just crashed; personally, professionally, emotionally, mentally... A relationship ended that I'd been in & out of several years. We were volatile together but electric. We couldn't stay away from each other but couldn't be with each other (unless being intimate). Even tho I wouldn't even call what we had a relationship, the end of it left me broken in a way I'd never been before. Even now after all these years, not a day goes by where I don't still feel drawn for some reason & it makes me crazy. On the other side of that my best, closest and dearest friend is an ex (dated 5 yrs prior to the toxic one). We are each other's 'person' but it's been a rough road riddled with depression, addiction, good, bad, happy & sad. Although we've both seen other people, we're always there for each other 1st. We talk about trying again but his alcohol addiction is something I can't live with. I won't but I fear he's going to succumb to it even tho it's killing him & tearing his life apart...(cue the tears). Idk how to help him & my heart breaks for him. I'm gonna stop on this note bc it is so painful to think about 💔 I question whether or not he may be mine but what if it never comes to be for reasons above? Destiny of loneliness?

I recently met my TW a couple of months ago and woah! So accurate and it sucks lol it started out amazing and now we're at a funk. My attraction to them isn't all physical (like I wouldn't see them as "my type") however, I don't have eyes for anyone else. I knew within DAYS. I had to question it. It feels like I've known them forever but we connected 8/12/22. We're SO much alike it's uncomfortable. Yet, I can't stay mad, sad, upset, confused or ANYTHING that would usually bother me with ANYONE else, just doesn't with this person. Like, it's like a ball of light that anything negative gets absorbed into that light and it's near automatic love and forgiveness. And I'm I'm stubborn and grudgy towards people. I long for them after 2 days. Lol. It's WILD!!! We both want to be chased but neither wants to chase the other. Lol my ego CANNOT exist with them. I'm usually a waiting person. However, with this person, I could not get everything I want and still want for NOTHING with them. The connection isn't just physical, I want to just be and grow like crazy. Yet, we clash! Like... ouch... but then we can keep it moving. It goes heavy to dead. We just recently got to the hurt part. We both need to want to work on things but we're both stubborn to the max. I feel like I want to do and be anything (even on my own). We can have a heated conversation and then soon after it's like nothing happened. With anyone else I'd just cut it off and stay mad. But I can't with them. I've never had this before, ever. Almost any time I'm in meditation to detach and go within... 8 out of 10 times, they contact me. No joke! My SOUL recognized her!

I really cant tell between crushes and twin flames. heres 2 examples: 1st girl: (btw this is all at high school and also im a boy) when we locked eyes it felt like as if how the Avatar aliens connected with the alien horses with their tale things, like our eyes connected like that. And the energy was so strong while I was sitting there the whole time next to her, I didnt make eye contact with her because when I get anxiety attacks my muscles becomes tensed so its sometimes hard to turn my head to the side with out it shaking. But SHE made eye contact with me from the side, when I wasnt paying attention to her. And it felt like she was looking into my soul, reading everything I did. And even though I wasnt making eye contact (but looking forward on my drawing) I went shy/submissive and acted like, please stop reading my mind. im so confused, please help lol

Is it also a twin flame sign if i see my self in him.. The way he do things, but at the same time different, for example, i see the bigger picture but dont know how to start the plan...then he sees and knows the first step...something like that. 😊😅.
