One problem is that TFU criticizes every other TF teacher or even realized masters and their teachings. That is not open minded and makes one question their own instincts. Otherwise, mirror exercise is useful (although it is Jungian in nature and not their copyright). One is also pushed into buying expensive classes and forgetting their own truths to adopt the truths of Jeff and Shaelia. It disconnects you from your own innate power and give their knowledge all the power. U can do the mirror exercise but dont buy all their "wisdom" if it doesnt feel good. Spiritual power and wisdom belongs to all Twin Flames- there is no mother/ father of TFs that hold all the wisdom.

@@AS-ex7cs We generally only delete hateful comments. Critique is welcome, although I'm not sure many in our community would agree with the above. We are a global, inclusive community and draw strength from a diverse array of spiritual teachings. The narrative Lotusbloom above is communicating is untrue.

I have taken classes in the past with a TFU Ascension Coach and was told spiritual gurus like Sadhguru, Osho and many other teachings were wrong (and this was not up for debate because Jeff has said this). I was also told to not become overly meditative (which was a natural part of the TF kundalini awakening for me) and only believe what Jeff has taught (it wasn't fully aligning with my inner experience and it was thus hard to trust the rigid teaching). I was also told that "on the outside" of the community, Twin Flame teachings are largely wrong and untrue. I wish this was not the language used and I had felt safe to continue my classes as there was benefit in using the Mirror Exercise and many things that are taught. But this insistence on adhering to only what is taught at TFU felt deeply wrong to me and in fact this felt like the "cultish" element that the documentaries spoke of. Everyone is divine and has their innate divine wisdom that cannot be called wrong. I respect your work but I wish it wasn't calling other thoughts and ideas blatantly false. All divine teachers have a role to play in the collective spiritual awakening of the masses and there is beauty in this aspect of divine variety.

I've been with TFU since 2018. The love here is true and unfailing. Jeff and Shaleia, their teachings and the community have taught me how to love myself in places that were really dark inside. I too had thoughts of leaving the planet before finding the work. Before finding their work, I felt no one had answers and no one could guide me on how to find sustainable and permanent peace and fulfillment. TFU has taught me how to find that through my relationhip with God and through loving myself. They have also helped me manifest my Twin Flame Union. God bless TFU.

You can't say these things though. Your unfortunately a cult, Jeff and shaleia may not be the ones pushing an individual, but you push your coaches to redirect sexual preferences and genders... Just admit how messed up your views are, it's fine to believe what you believe... But don't pretend to be something your not. Your helping people, which is great... But your doing it in a disgusting way

I’ve been working with Hannah since June and I’ve experienced divine love and magic happen in my life using the mirror exercise. I know my tf. I wanted to go deeper into the journey & my friend told me about the documentary. I watched it & in my heart I felt the documentary to not be true. The teachings are real I feel the energetic shifts. I asked God to give me a sign to go deeper and my tf reached out to me and we finally talked about being twins! So I decided to listen to what I know to be true and now I’m a part of twin flames universes & instantly received insane synchronicities from my reality and blessings as I choose to unconditionally love my self more. Never been happier!

I am very grateful to Twin flame Universe Teachings. It helped me to heal my deep childhood traumas and back to normal life when I was struggling a lot. It helped me to realize the truth that our outer world is just a reflection of our inner world. It helped me to understand myself and my twin flame better. It helped me to realize I and my Twin flame are one at the core. Also helped me to clear lot of misconceptions about God. It helped me to clear lot of fears in me. There is lot of healing in Jeff and Shaleia all videos. Lots of hard works and we are benefitting from it. I am still learning. Thank you so much for all your helps. Keep shining!

Great. Would be much better thou if you did not have to naively pay for all that luxury of divine mr and divine mrs. Imagine that, ha? You just naturally hang with your friends and soulmates, flame or no flame, twin or no twin and you do not have to pay for that.

Interesting I'm where I am today through 12 step studying all the masters, Reiki, craniosacral, shamanic, meditation on my connection eith the Divine. My anxiety went away in 1988 when I started to turn my life over to the Divine. I'm supporting my twin flame as he transforms. We have not physically met yet.
