Have never done the mirror exercise, though I’ve been doing the samadhi meditation and reflecting off the back of his reflection naturally for ages. I must admit that I saw the most change or movement when I cried to God and asked him to take the reigns. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I will ask God for help. To give him the strength to move beyond his karmic partner, if he hasn’t done so already. I know his burden was a heavy one and he often didn’t feel deserving of happiness. I do think he grew (as I did).
