I'm just curious to know, if a contract is of 3 years then why airlines are deducting amount just on the name of gratuity because the contract gets over after 3 years and they are not liable to get gratuity, is it correct? As to get gratuity you must complete 5 years in same organisation.

Great content Twinkle 💕 QQ: I interviewed with Qatar Airways twice and I got rejected in the screening round it self, didn't recieve any invitation for the next day. Then I tried for Indian airlines and fortunately was able to get into one of those and joining by the end of this month. Should i continue to give interviews with qatar as it seems very difficult to me to get into international airlines as I am not being considered. Probably I feel that I don't meet their standards 🙂

The 50 hrs you say is it per month . If yes why do you fly so less . when i calculated it comes jusr 2 hrs per day .

Because by 2 hours we mean the flying time for Example If Delhi to Mumbai flight takes 2 hours of flying time but for that flying time your duty started way before and will go way beyond. Therefore 50 hours might be less but not that less either.
