I did actually, but being soulless didn't fit in my universe, so I altered the idea to fit. I gave him a backstory to help more fit in line with canon, but this comic started loooooong before that particular detail was even revealed.

The part with geno and his arm broken was kinda like mine but it didn't happen in the hospital, I had wreaked my bike and they said it was just fractured but my elbow was broken. A piece of the bone had literally broken off and had to be surgically put back on. But when he was just sitting there shaking in pain that had happened to me one night after the surgery which was a week and a few days ago now but I didn't want to wake my mom up for the medicine

No, Fresh was born without emotions. He's an IMITATOR. He acts the way he does because he thinks it'll help him BLEND and be NORMAL. And the upside down heart, for classic Fresh (In MommaCQ, it's kid!Fresh), is actually the soul of his victim as canon Fresh is a parasite and has to survive by feeding off the life energy of the souls, which is why whenever you see Fresh, the soul SHOULD be cracked and decaying. The less energy the soul has left, the more cracked it is. In MommaCQ he is actually his own person, not a parasite, because I wanted them to be brothers. So there are translation differences.
