This is why Nishiura's more than just some composer. Favorite dungeon music in all RPGs I've played through. I can get lost in this Dungeon inside below volcano for 14hrs without complaining how exhausting it gets.

When I first come to the dungeon, I didn't expect the song would be peaceful, emotional and even had the sense of melancholy. The first thing that come into my mind is hint of loneliness. This song also had the taste of grief and solitude... In beautiful way.

Wanted to come to my favorite OST from this game and say February 17th of 2023 will be 20 year anniversary of the release of Dark Cloud 2 (Dark Chronicle) for North America. Holy man does time ever fly.

i grew up with and have played tens of thousands of hours of dark cloud 1. i have never seen a copy of 2 and have always wanted to play it. it wont mean as much to me as 1 though, i was friggin 11. 20 years ago. i still play 1

This dungeon is so awful for Spheda unstable floors, walls, and BIG off course spots.

Its more bearable doing spheda once you reach the part of the dungeon where lava lines the edges
