While directlinking , there is an option box to keep the original assets and materials on the linked model

Thats a tough question, i would say till 2nd year you will have time , 3rd years, you won't have any time, and then in 4th you will have time so yes you can make money, I made money by helping seniors and some freelance architects. Learn a rendering software as well.

Just go to epic , download epic games app, in the app register or login, go on unreal option on left as shown in video then, on top you will see twinmotion option.

I usually wait for their release of .2 or .3 as its usually more stable, but its on you. You can use any all are very stable.
