Skinwalkers are terrifying.. and me and my friends have believed we experience one. When I was 13 my school brought us camping, me and my 5 friends were walking around waiting for everyone to finish getting assigned a group for the cabins and an activity group,when we all felt like we were being watched, but we all brushed it aside and walked back to the camp hall. Me and my friends were lucky enough to be in the same cabin and activity group, our activity was to hike up a hill to an old rundown watch tower. We were at the back while walk when suddenly the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and I feel watched for a far field, I asked my friends if they felt watch too, witch 4 of us did. We all look over to the field so see a pale humanoid figure on all fours crouched in the tail grass, we all freak out and ran up the hill where the rest of the activity group was and we told the two teachers that we were with but they didn't believe us and told us to forget about it. After we got back to camp and were alone to do whatever we wanted, we talk about what we saw, 2 of my friends joked it was the rake or a deformed hairless animal but the rest of us thought it was a crazy old man in the tall grass but what ever it was scared us so we decided that we wouldn't go for the night activity witch was playing hide and seek with a spotlight and only the seekers had flashlights. After having supper and getting ready for bed we all got into our bunks, I was on a top bunk and next to a small window flap because I like having cool air when I sleep. Later that night about 2am I awoke to scratching from under my window, so being the scaredy cat that I was I looked around the room and under my bunk to see if anyone was awake, all of them were to some degree, a few were talking to each other quietly while others were watching download KZbin videos or trying to sleep. I ask quietly to my friend under me if they had heard it, and he said yes and was think of looking out his window but was nervous to do so. We then asked the others if they'd heard anything thing when we all heard a loud thump from my side, I jumped out of my bed and jumped on my BFFs bed and huddle with them, we all were silent and still when we heard something growl and brush up against the cabins outer waterproof cover. We all jumped when we heard it. A few of us were now quietly whispering about what we should do. When my dumbass pulls there giant spotlight flashlight and starts heading for the door and we are all like " wth why are you going to the door?" And bff said " it probably the other kids or a wild pig, so if I flash them they will run off" so all 6 of us went out and saw nothing, and my BFF said " see, whatever it was probably got scared by us making noise. But we are fine so let's get some sleep", a few of us were still scared/nervous so we moved the mattress to the middle of the cabin and slept there. In the morning we all got up and went outside and headed to my side, where we found scratches on the ground, on both the cabin and it's waterproof cover and footprints... footprints that go from the cabin to the woods. The footprints go from small dingo prints to H U M A N Footprints! Like it went from dog to human, and our cabin was the closest to the woods so there was no reason why human prints were there. This all happened years ago, and is still one of the scariest thing that I've experienced. Yes I do live in Australia, so it might not of been a skinwalker but I've also heard rumours that they have migrated or gotten onto bouts as I've heard many other stories of skinwalker encounters from people in Australia, so I don't really know... I mean It be a skinwalker or the rake or maybe just a creep old man that had a dingo, but we will never know as nothing happened for the other day we were there.

Where abouts did this happen? I had a really weird experience in Coomera of all places around 2017. I thought they were only in America so have never spoken to anyone properly about it hahaha but this thing was so quick and was hairless and pale white, it almost seems to glow when I try to remember it

I’ll tell you this. Skinwalkers are living bodies. I was out at my grandparents who live out in the woods in Texas, the area around their house is always well lit. We were out of the porch drinking sweet tea and enjoys the cool nights air when out of the darkness at the tree line we see a skin and bone humanoid creature sprinting at us on all fours. My grandpa, as quick as you can pulled his pistol and fired 3 shots at it. After the first shot it screamed so loudly that it almost drowned out the next 2 shots before it ran back into the woods limping. We grabbed flashlights and looked around where my grandpa shot it and there was some weird liquid almost like blood (but didn’t seem like it) trailing back into the woods. I believe it to be a skinwalker that my grandpa shot that night. I’m certain the liquid we found was blood, but it wasn’t like and human or animal blood that I’ve ever seen before.

That sounds more like a wendigo than a skinwalker? In fact it sounds _exactly_ like a wendigo. There have been reports of skinwalkers being shot multiple times and not even reacting, and also vanishing without a trace, so it’s unlikely they are corporeal. But who knows! 🤷‍♀️

I simply a white boy and one that wasnt exactly smart enough to pick up the language. I was raised by an Ojibwa man along side my grandma. I heard so many stories about Natives over my life and at least studied spirituality. I have seen and been through things myself that When telling others, it made me sound like a spastic delusion. I’m Navajo on my Dads side and I been hearing these stories since I was a kid. I used to think a lot of it was nonsense until I read George Knapps book about the subject & learned about Robert Bigelow & all the ATIP stuff. @@lisaalcott4674 they were only being called a skinwalker due to all the rumors and cases of people talking about skinwalkers here and the weird stuff that happened there (ufos etc). the fact that they even caught the video of it in their footage proves that it is out there and even the spirits confirmed it. if the spirits didn't like them calling them that it would be known as spirits have ways to communicate with us (through objects etc.). Plus, the skinwalker only seemed to be staying at a distance, she would have attacked if she had been provoked by them going to close to the burial of the native American.
