These two sweethearts have been getting me through a very hard time i just lost my 1 1/2 year old great nephew during his 2nd open heart surgery .And your beautiful little girls and your family have been so helpful to see these two beautiful girls play and have fun and trying all the different foods has been getting me through so thank you for sharing your family with us we love yall God Bless You.. This is just what I needed this morning! I can't remember if I told you, Alicia, but my husband passed away 3 wks ago & today, my son & I are picking up the Death Certs & his ashes, so, watching these 2 sweet, adorable & innocent girls is exactly what I needed! My son & I are ok, we check in with each other all the time as he went back to work, I'm going back next week. Thank you for sharing these sweet, sweet moments with us. After my massage today, I'm going to try & find a big 'ol pile of leaves & jump in & I don't care who sees me! Love to all of you ❤😂❤😂

Anna is so zen, she really loves being in the moment. Gwen seems to be a little bit more guarded sometimes but with mama's encouragement will take a risk to join in. Thank you for this fun time in the leaves today. I needed the joy and innocence of it today.

How fun!! They looked like nice crunchy leaves! I used to love stepping on the doubled over dry leaves to hear the great crunch! Hmm, just like doubled over potato chips are so great! 😊. I spent the good part of the day raking leaves, but I must say I think the twins looked like they were having a much better time playing in their leaves than I did raking mine - LOL! I love how Guinevere brought her dinosaur along for the fun. Oh, to be a child again and find a simple pleasure in life romping around atop beautifully colored, crunchy autumn leaves. Their outfits were so appropriate for the activity, too, and Gwen and Ana blended right in. How precious when they decided to lay down for a quick nap like little woodland nymphs with the most sweetest smiles on their faces - very, very cute! 🥰💜💖🤟👍🤟👍

I absolutely love this video. The way Anastasia lowered herself into the leaves it was like she was getting into a hot tub 😂 Alicia, you are such an amazing Mom. I can still tell the girls apart but it is amazing how identical they are in a new circumstance. I love how imaginative they are! My nieces and nephews can't play in the leaves like this anymore 😢! They would be covered in Ticks😢!!! I live in South Eastern Ontario and we are crawling with the nasty creatures 😢! I remember my son playing in a pile around 15 years ago and there were no ticks !!! Our children are being robbed of this fun fall adventure 😢 ! It was an absolute joy watching the girls play in the leaves❤❤

We have our yard sprayed with environmental and pet/child friendly solution 3 times in the spring/summer and it really helps. We still do tick checks though😊💗💗

Fall is my favorite season! Love the colors! A good activity for Fall is a scavenger hunt for the girls. Give them a bag or box and have them find the items you show them on picture cards. For example, a pine cone, yellow leaf, red leaf, acorn, etc. If you don't have those items in your yard, you can get them and scatter them around so they can find them. 😊

Have you ever made leaf paintings? We would collect the most beautiful autumn leaves, put them in designs on wax paper. My mother would put another sheet of wax paper on top, then press with a warm iron. Beautiful to hang in a window!
