I think we love texting as calling cost too much and in texting you can communicate to a lot of people at one time, i guess your right when you said that we are a mixed rqce because it is rare to see pure filipino unless you go to the mountains, i myself has both Filipino and Italian blood.

Well, aside that Filipinos like also texting but mainly it is much more cheaper than making calls. Also a text, is like a note that you can read after whenever you're busy so you can read what is the message. Nowadays, call here also in Philippines is more likely affordable with all the discounts and promos of all the tele communications so call is a little bit cheap nowadays but text is much more cheaper.

During my highschool days when Duterte declared Martial Law to Mindanao, we reversed the flag and the red was on top the blue. It was so 'new' for us to see a reversed Phil Flag. It was just one day, though. The next day we changed it back. We're in Luzon, the Martial Law was in Mindanao so we didn't have to keep the flag that way.
