So impressed with Guin saying 'triceratops' so clearly, then was laughing out loud at Ana bouncing back & forth behind her pumpkin, saying 'I can't see-ee' until dad moved 'Pumpkin Ana' out of her way. And later, Guinevere imitating dad's 'tough crowd, tough crowd' had me laughing again, along with Ana's 'I told you I liked it! Love their interactions with dad; they certainly do keep him on his toes, though.😂💙💜🩷

The Pumpkins came out beautiful! They are a work of art. The 🦕 pumpkin is so unique. Love it. The crunching of the seeds is so cute. Apple 🍎 cider is a great way to wash them down. Anastasia & Guinivere love them. Dad cooked them well.

Don't know if you have any cider mills in NJ, but if you do they're a great trip for kids in autumn. The tend to be close to apple orchards, frequently have waterwheels to look at and the family could see the apple cider being pressed out of the fresh apples. Of course, you can usually buy freshly picked apples, cider, and doughnuts too. I just LOVED going to ones in MI as a child.

I just looked up the nutrients in pumpkin seeds for you. They’re a good source of potassium and magnesium. And otherwise provide a ton of health benefits. I love them. We put them in salads. The girls were in top form today. Great pumpkins, too.
