@@marcuskolz9487 No, it's just what we see in the intro cutscene: Boyfriend was sent to bed to sleep, and Boyfriend does NOT want to sleep. Boy and Girl try to remedy this, Girl trying to sing Boyfriend to sleep with it not working. Boy then tries to exhaust Boyfriend to sleep, only for him to fail as well. So the two team up to try and do both at once, and it ends up working.
