I like to seam twist headbands at the twist. It is definitely a different look from a real twist, but it still looks great and with no funny seam in the back. Thanks for the vid!!

Beautiful headband! I always use the kitchener stitch for sewing both ends of addi hats and headbands together. It gives a seamless look but crocheting is def. quicker. Thank you for the tutorial!

You did a great job! Since I am very warm all the time I think the small Addi would make a band very nicely for me. Thank you for showing how you close those ends up. You're so precise and careful. I'm not sure that I am, but I think I'm going to try this. I would love to see you putting that on because it seems to me that I would have some difficulty having it unwrap and things like that LOL. This is the really the first time I've seen waste yarn used that it seemed to actually make things easier, faster, and better. Sometimes they use waste yarn at times that just really doesn't justify the need...and actually slow things down..... keep up the good work young lady! God bless you

Nice video. I ordered my Addi King size, yesterday. They say it could be here before Christmas, but I'm not sure where it's coming from, maybe Germany. I will be watching you more, as you are easy to understand and you make this look so easy. I'm 71 and need a craft passion in my life. I hope this is it. Thanks for your videos.

Looks nice. I knitted my daughter one last year with a cable in the center, but I'd prefer to use the Addi to get a thicker band. I do not like big seems, I sew them together so it's not so obvious. BTW, you're supposed to put the yarn down into that hole after placing it into the chamber. : ) I used your method of having scrap yarn after finishing a hat the other day. Worked very well in finding the last row easily.

you need to use less tension or just add 10-15 more rows and that should do it!

I wish to give a little HINT IF I MAY ? WHEN YOU SET UP YOUR WASTE YARN KNIT 8 ROWS. ●● NOW USE CROCHET COTTON , ALSO A CONTRAST COLOUR AND DO ONE ROW ONLY !!!! NOW KNIT WITH YOUR MAIN YARN 75 ROWS OR REQUIRED LENGTH, FINISH WITH WASTE YARN. WHEN YOU ARE CLOSING THE ENDS AND HAVE ALL STITCHES PICKED UP, YOU GET THE COTTON YARN AND PULL IT OUT. (GIVE IT A STRONG PULL) MAKE SURE THIS 3MTHS HAS NO KNOTS OR JOINS !!! THEN IT CAN BE ROLLED UP AND RE- USED. YOU CAN ALSO RE WIND THE WASTE YARN FOR RE USE . SEE HOW YOU GET ON WITH THIS. YOU WILL BE SURPRISED ?? I AM 79yrs OF AGE AND PICKED UP THIS MANY YEARS AGO WHEN I MACHINE KNITTED ON A KNITMASTER K. MACHINE !!! .

Love all your videos! I have two questions for you. One is what kind of rubber band do you use for your scrunchies. The ones I’ve made for my granddaughters come out very tight. And second, where can I find the pattern for your cowls that you show on your set up for your craft show. Thank you so much. Love your work

I honestly just use dollar store bands! Like any new hair tie, they have to be used a little before they loosen up! And I am not sure which cowl you are talking about, is it crochet? or my fabric blanket scarves?
