Not Korean. This is South Indian Mangalurean dish called 'Kori Rotti'. Kori in local dialect Tulu is Chicken. 'Kori Rotti' is a combo meal consisting of coconut based spicy tangy chicken curry and crisp sheets of rice rottis.
