+LadyinPink I just use my favorite oil and rub it through my hair paying attention to problem areas. I do that once every other day. Hope that helps 😃

necilya yes! There is also a curling jelly and smoothing gel. I got them and they are thicker than the curling jelly. I havent used them yet but i think they may have more hold. On the back it says for 4c hair but im gonna try it anyway

I love the smell of As I Am Leave-In Conditioner, BUT it flakes! It flakes with other products, even with other As I Am products and by itself.

Alexis489 it didn't flake on me and I used it with SM products. I had that problem with the curling jelly years ago though and I was using it with As I Am products. I loved the definition it gave though so I'm willing to try again.

The leave in used to flake on me until I did an extreme clarification of my hair. Took a few days to do it. Got literally everything out of my hair and did a full reset. Then the products stopped flaking on me. So that's nice
