Girl I wasn't sure if it was me who recommended it!!!! Thanks for the shout-out!!!! To my knowledge this foam has water-soluble silicones so it should be fine. I just make sure to use an all-purpose/general use shampoo to clean it out. I don't think sulfates are necessary to wash it out.

It’s so humid where I’m at (we’re at 80% humidity and it’s mid-March) that this might actually be a great method for late spring and summer. Thanks for sparking the thought. Your hair looks fantastic!! My twist outs never look as good as yours. I have finer hair...but I have quite a bit of strands. I feel like wash and go's are better for me. Twist outs make my hair look thin, despite multiple separations😒. Oh well...the beauty of our natural hair! 😁
