I need guidance. Don’t know what’s wrong with my hair, but when I do a rod set, the back right section of my head won’t curl. My hair is damp/wet and I use product when using the rods. Once it’s fully dry, I take out the rods and there is definitely a curl. I separate the curl, twirl it and then it’s straight or barely curled by the time I finish my whole head especially after I stretch the roots some and I don’t even stretch them a lot. It’s really frustrating. I use leave in conditioner and lotta body in damp hair before I use the rods so idk what else I’m doing wrong.
