Twista opened up to VladTV about being considered one of the first rappers to come out of Chicago, as he explains that he and Common released their albums the same year.
Moving along, Twista detailed setting himself apart from other rappers with his fast rhyming skills, which got him into the Guinness Book of World Records. During the sit-down Twista spit a line from the record-winning rap that got him the high distinction of fastest rapper, which you can hear more about above.

Does it matter if they are in the Book? No, it doesn't. Just because they are not in the Guinness Book of World Records doesn't magically make them not faster than Twista. They are still technically faster than Twista. And besides, It's not about SPM, it's SPS. If you actually measured it accurately this would actually be 13.2 SPS. However, Watsky and those other people I mentioned went 15 SPS and over. So just because they are not in the GBWR doesn't mean they are not faster than Twista.
