Im from New York, and one thing I always respected about Mid West Rappers was they all had unique styles and original. No one has imitated Twista or Bone Thug ever. I cant say the same about the Sowf or either of the Coast. Even Kanye Style hasnt been duplicated. Em still unique tho they have tried to imitate. But there's a shit load of Future sound alikes, and Rakim Taught the whole New York.

It’s debatable...Bones first release was recorded between 90-92 & that’s when Twista first dropped. Bones album didn’t get released until 93 I believe but was floating around locally before then. Who knows but they’re cool & squashed all that old beef
