Maybe, though I see Troy Baker also being a good contender due to his experience as a voice actor, as well as the fact that he's voiced both Batman and the Joker before. So it is possible that if Troy was given the role, he could draw from both experiences to create a fusion of the two characters for the Batman Who Laughs.

Those two huge monster trucks are fearsome as hell, but the boss fight itself looks surprisingly easy. Bit of a shame you're always have to be Roadkill.

Gotta admit, seeing Minion become a playable vehicle but Hammerhead becoming a boss fight in 2012 was definitely surprising. Its nice to see Hammerhead becoming something other than a running gag.

There is no minion in 2012 unless you're talking about Juggernaut, which is a different vehicle. Also, these bosses actually called "Slayer" but are still a reference to Hammerhead.

It's in the files, but there's no way to spawn it as a playable vehicle or in general.

You can't but for some reason using any gunner operated weapon makes the gunner pop out of the vehicle like the bomb never blew up.

Sadly you cannot but if you leave the bomb undetonated, Needles will exclaim "Oh boys and girls! This will be so much fun!". He also alternates between calling Mr. Grimm in one of his lines "I've killed tougher than you [asshole], you're just the entréé."
