This whole vignette hits home, since I usually make potato soup for my little sister whenever she gets a cold. I wasn't expecting to see Riddle, of all people, doing the same for Trey! Despite Lilia's terrible cooking skills, I'll have to agree with what he said at the library. The easiest recipes are usually the most difficult to master. Also... what kind of monstrosity in the Valley of Thorns did Lilia feed to Silver??

The worst part is that some of Lilia’s cooking advice *is* sound, like making sure to taste as you go for seasoning, adjusting measurements for portion sizes, and that garlic, ginger and eggs are usually staples for bolstering a weakened immune system. It’s just that *everything else* out of his mouth results in a meal that’s pure *NIGHTMARE FUEL*

I know im not an expert in cooking, but this ..... UUUUUUH IM GOING TO CHOP MY OWN HEAD OFF. 12 soupstock to 3 cups? yoghurt as an ingridient in soup? What are they even thinking, either is too much or it dosent even belong in soup. Its so crinchy or imberrising im crying in both fun and hopelessness for them. Anyways, I've only taken one introductory culinary course as dual credit and yet from my little knowledge, I found myself arguing with Lilia's logic about "nutrition absorption," as in more is better, and "palette flavor" in the food! Aside from that, the interaction between Lilia and Riddle was interesting, it was truly like a senile interacting with a young person. Honestly, Lilia is a dilemma for me, am I attracted to him or do I want him to tell me stories as if I were a child?

I love Lilia, but I'd want him to tell me stories ❤️ he is Silver's father first and foremost & he takes that job very seriously. It's incredibly heart warming and I love him for it. In the same way a child loves his parents. Lilia is probably one of the very few twst boys I'm not in love with. But that's me talking.
