How would you take out the knot when it's time to remove the braids? For example if the braids are in a bob style without cutting your natural hair

You can use the razor comb to thin it out and make it not so blunt cut

How long do you have to blow dry the perm rod curls for? Do you have to wait until every single one is dry before the client can leave?

No. You actually don't have to blow dry it but you don't want your client to leave dripping wet either.
